Es un lujo este hotel, la magnífica edificación colonial en armonía con la modernidad hacen de un lugar perfecto para descansar, tienes que sentarte en su bar los lavaderos que te proporciona discreción, su roof garden y la piscina que te permiten ver la Puebla de antaño

Un excelente sitio para disfrutar una experiencia inigualable en la ciudad de Puebla. Ya sea al hospedarse o disfrutar de una excelente cocina y mitología.Un sitio muy acogedor por su personal y con una excelente limpieza.PD. No es un lugar accesible a todos los presupuestos, debes tomarlo en cuenta antes de visitarlo.

Un hotel muy bello, no les doy las 5 estrellas porque tuve que bajar a reactivar mi llave, pues no podia entrar a mi habitación y cuando pude entrar aun no había pasado el personal de limpieza, ya eran las 3 pm

Visite apenas o Restaurante, que inicialmente considerou custos muito elevados, no entanto o serviço, a atenção aos detalhes, as porções e acima de tudo o excelente sabor da sua comida me fizeram mudar de ideia, foram tão atenciosos e simpáticos que nos ofereceram um tour pelos seus. Instalações sofisticadas que são de primeira classe, espero voltar logo para ficar e poder fazer uma revisão mais completa, pelo momento em que me conquistaram.

Solo visite el Restaurante, el cual inicialmente considere con costos muy altos, sin embargo el servicio, la atención al detalle, las porciones y sobre todo el gran sabor de sus alimentos me hicieron cambiar de parecer, fueron tan atentos y amables que nos ofrecieron un recorrido por sus sofisticadas instalaciones que son de primer nivel, espero regresar pronto para hospedarme y poder hacer una reseña más completa, por el momento me conquistaron.

La alberca y el bar en la azotea tienen una hermosa vista de la ciudad. La comida y las bebidas son muy buenas, al igual que el servicio, aunque los precios si son algo elevados.

Tivemos a estadia mais incrível no Azul Talavera. Recebemos tratamento cinco estrelas de cada membro da equipe que encontramos durante o nosso tempo no hotel. A propriedade é absolutamente deslumbrante, com jardins paisagísticos, uma piscina na cobertura com vista para Puebla e o vulcão. A sala era espaçosa e confortável. A propriedade está localizada em uma ótima área, a uma curta distância de todos os principais locais de interesse para ver, e liga a rua a uma delegacia de polícia, o que nos faz sentir bastante seguros. Grito especial para Vanessa que fez a nossa estadia realmente maravilhosa! Obrigado pela sua hospitalidade, mal podemos esperar para voltar para outra visita. Recomendo vivamente este hotel.

Excelente experiência, o pessoal é super atencioso e simpático. A decoração é excelente e o café da manhã está incluído para os ternos. Há um belo jardim, visível do restaurante. Os quartos têm tudo o que é necessário para ficar vários dias. Não se esqueça de subir todos os dias para ver o pôr do sol com a vista incrível do vulcão.O centro da cidade fica a 10 minutos a pé e há várias lojas de conveniência nas proximidades, bem como locais para comer.

Hotel remodelado y con excelente ubicación. Tal vez por eso las tarifas tan altas, la decoración de primer nivel. El restaurant muy bonito pero la comida X y te la cobran como si fuera internacional, un plato de papaya $190 pesos. Si llegas al restaurant o a la zona de la alberca temprano 8 am. Olvidate que te atiendan bien, losempleados empiezan a despertar a eso de las 9:30! Ojo! Al hacer check out por qué te cobran cosas que no, nadie de los encargados me supo decir que era el cargo de HOTEL FEE. 😡 Conclusion: si quieres un hotel caro bueno y te sobra lana, que bien puedes gastarla en la ciudad de Puebla no dudes en hospedarte en este hotel

Excellent experience, staff is super helpful and friendly. Decoration is superb, and breakfast is included for suits. There is a beautiful garden, visible from the restaurant. Rooms have all what is needed for staying several days. Don’t forget to go upstairs everyday to catch the sunset with the amazing view of the volcano. Downtown is 10 min away walking, and there are several convenience stores nearby, as well as places to eat.

We had the most incredible stay at Azul Talavera. We got five star treatment from each staff member we encountered during our time at the hotel. The property is absolutely stunning, with beautifully landscaped grounds, a rooftop pool overlooking Puebla and the volcano. The room was spacious and comfortable. The property is located in a great area within walking distance to all the main high interest places to see, and accords the street from a police station, which made us feel quite safe. Special shout out to Vanessa who made our stay really wonderful! Thank you for your hospitality, we can’t wait to return for another visit. Highly recommend this hotel.

We were very disappointed with the rooms, but before going further, I must say the restaurants were great. The soundproofing in the rooms did not exist, you could hear everything happening in the hall. The halls did nothing to minimize this as there were no soft surfaces to absorb the noise. The ladies had arranged for spa visits and had great difficulty scheduling them. The four of us had paid dearly to take a cooking class at the hotel and the chef Jonathon was excellent, but we had to wait 40 minutes for the class we had scheduled. Housekeeping didn’t come around until mid-afternoon. We would go out for the day and get back after a late lunch so we could take a nap and the room still hadn’t been serviced. BUT, BUT, this was my review of the hotel in 2018. At that time the hotel was a Rosewood property, so it is now under new ownership and management, maybe things have improved.

This hotel is an absolute 5 star. The rooms are beautiful , the service is spectacular and their food is amazing. Also at sunset you can chill by the rooftop with a view of the amazing volcano .

Hotel muito bonito. Os quartos são espaçosos. Camas muito confortáveis. Quarto foi limpo muito bem e uma equipe muito amável e profissional e também amigável. Tivemos um tempo fantástico no bar e na piscina da cobertura. Há também uma academia .. O restaurante nas instalações é 5 estrelas. Sem dúvida vamos voltar quando em Puebla. Nós vamos recomendar. Vale a pena o extra.

Very beautiful Hotel. The rooms were spacious.Beds very comfortable.Room was cleaned so well and staff very accomdating and professional and also friendly.We had a fantastic time on the roof top bar and pool. There is also a gym.. The restaurant at the facility is 5 star. We will definitely return when in Puebla. We'll recommended. Worth the extra.

Breakfast and service was disappointing. Pancakes were excellent, but the Benedict eggs were first wrong, then totally overcooked. Avocado toast was ok. Service was slow and deficient. Overall we expected much more from Rosewood, other branches are much better.

This was the nicest hotel I have been in so far, and for less than $100 us per night. It was an amazingly beautiful hotel and the staff were perfect. Every single person was just awesome. The bartender was even world class. It was fun to just say a type of alcohol and get some new and amazing drink made. So much fun, loved the place!

Magical Place. Ofcourse the guys in the Front are really helpful, intuitive and quick at any request you need. The cafe is nice to have something fast. Restaurant have a really nice outside area and the roof pool is great. Next time I need to check the bar downstairs and the Spa.

The Rosewood Puebla is an impeccable boutique hotel in Puebla city, Mexico. The hotel is five floor high and is beautiful, very quaint and comfortable...and nothing like the big chain hotels (thank goodness!). The service from every staff was extremely attentive. The rooms are large, and the amenities luxurious. The bedding material, towels and bathrobes are of high quality and are obviously a point of pride for the hotel. There is a minibar, a nespresso machine and available room service. Plenty of closet space invites one to unpack. The lighting in the room can be dimmed to all likings with minute adjustments...a nice touch. The layout of the Rosewood is very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the open area bar and pool on the top floor after a long day of work and sightseeing. The same floor houses a gym that offers all the necessary workout equipment, and there is Spa service for those that desire it. For breakfast, the restaurant on the first floor offers buffet style with the possibility of special order from the grill. The service is prompt, the staff smiling and accommodating. For shopping, the main plaza and stores are about a five minute walk away. Armed with a map from the helpful front desk staff, we ventured out (a word of caution: most stores only open at 10am). There are all sorts of things to buy and vendors are very pleasant. The local crafts were our favourites. Our stay was excellent and given the opportunity, we would love to return.
