“Fabulous staff. Super accommodating and friendly when I asked to change rooms a few times (I have a sensitive nose), really late check-out, gave me free drinks at the cafe, stored my bags. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Hotel is in process of upgrading things but it's totally fine. Nice central location”

“Excellent! Initially Andrea greeted me and walked outside to flag me down to make sure I did not miss the car park. Really nice friendly chap and well placed front of house. Connor could literally of not gone further out of his way to assist me, a real credit to the team! Very professional and nothing was ever to much trouble. Give that man a promotion!
