Há muito tempo que queria experimentar a experiência das nossas “primas” Mama. Muito satisfeito. Agradavelmente surpreendido com o design de interiores e mobiliário, bom jantar. Um local muito acolhedor para passar uma noite com os amigos, ainda que na companhia de música ao vivo. Uma equipa simpática e simpática na sala de jantar. O que dizer? A Mama Obrigado! 😉

Sitio muy chullo, restaurante del hotel. Decoracion genial y pizzas muy huenas. El tiramisú buonissimo! Precio algo elevado, aunque pagas la calidad y el sitio. Decorado con muy buen gusto. Camareros muy simpaticos.

Durante mucho tiempo quise probar la experiencia de nuestra "prima" Mamá. Muy Satisfecho. Gratamente sorprendido por el diseño interior y el mobiliario, buena cena. Un lugar muy acogedor para reunirse con amigos por una noche, incluso en compañía de música en vivo. Un equipo amable y simpático en el comedor. ¿Qué decir? ¡Gracias mamá! 😉

Hotel confortável. Bela. Cama de 5 estrelas. Café da manhã farto e delicioso. Excelente relação qualidade / preço. Tudo com ambientes muito bonitos e originais. A assinatura de Starck é vista.

Esperábamos mucho más de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Sin servicio de habitaciones (sí, no podrá pedir su cóctel o comida favorita en su habitación), el spa tampoco estuvo disponible durante nuestra estadía. Una pequeña pastilla de jabón para 4 noches, las cosas de limpieza tiraron nuestro líquido malo (tal cosa sucedió la primera vez en un hotel). Me pidieron que me hiciera otra prueba de COVID, pero nunca la revisaron. Nos gustó un sabroso pastel y algunas otras delicias a la llegada, pero sorprendentemente no había agua embotellada. En general, es un lugar agradable, pero no es una experiencia adecuada de 4 estrellas, eso es seguro.

Hotel confortable. Guapo. Cama de 5 estrellas. Desayuno abundante y delicioso. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Todo con ambientes muy bonitos y originales. Se ve la firma de Starck.

Esperávamos muito mais de um hotel de 4 estrelas. Sem serviço de quarto (sim, você não poderá pedir seu coquetel ou refeição favorita no quarto), o spa também não estava disponível durante a nossa estadia. Uma pequena barra de sabão por 4 noites, material de limpeza jogou fora nosso líquido ruim (tal coisa aconteceu pela primeira vez em um hotel). Eles me pediram para fazer outro teste COVID, mas nunca o verificaram. Gostamos de um bolo saboroso e algumas outras guloseimas na chegada, mas surpreendentemente não havia água engarrafada. No geral, é um lugar agradável, mas não é uma experiência adequada de 4 estrelas, com certeza.

We expected much more from a 4-star hotel. No room service (yep, you will not be able to order your favorite cocktail or meal to your room), the spa was not available during our stay as well. One small soap bar for 4 nights, cleaning stuff threw away our liquid bad (such thing happened first time in a hotel). They ask me to take another COVID test, but never actually checked it. We liked a tasty cake and some other treats upon arrival, but surprisingly there was no bottled water. Overall it's a nice place, but not a proper 4-star experience that's for sure.

Inovadora na escolha de cenários para presentear na hora de morar. Tentamos reviver os anos 60 de uma forma moderna. Equipe super prestativa e acolhedora. Quanto à cozinha, só provei um prato da ementa do almoço e por isso não tenho todos os elementos para julgar. Deve tentar para o Brunch e como aperitivo. Satisfeito com a escolha.

Innovador en la elección del paisaje para regalar cuando vives el lugar. Intentamos revivir los años 60 de una manera moderna. Personal super servicial y acogedor. En cuanto a la cocina, solo probé un plato del menú del almuerzo y, por lo tanto, no tengo todos los elementos para juzgar. Debe intentar por el Brunch y aperitivo. Satisfecho con la elección.

O brunch é sem dúvida o melhor de Roma. O buffet é um dos maiores que já vi, o serviço é rápido e amigável. O local é decorado de forma colorida e alegre. Também para jantar ou um aperitivo vale a pena ir. A cobertura é linda e ampla e, quando aberta, tem vista direta para a cúpula da Basílica de São Pedro.

Almocei neste local durante uma inspeção para escolher um local para um evento corporativo. Enfim, um local que possui uma identidade forte e marcante. Você pode gostar ou não gostar do estilo, mas pessoalmente não me importo com isso. Boa variedade de alimentos no cardápio, todos muito procurados e nada triviais. Eles também têm um menu dedicado a pizzas. Boa experiencia. Tentar.

Mama Shelter Roma é verdadeiramente um local divertido e colorido para ficar, almoçar e passar uma noite agradável no terraço na companhia de boa música ao vivo. A área da piscina interior verdadeiramente característica e bem cuidada merece uma menção especial. Café da manhã excelente e abundante. Os quartos do hotel são simples, mas bem acabados (o banheiro em particular é lindo!). A localização do hotel é ideal para se locomover por Roma de transporte público e o Vaticano fica a poucos passos de distância. Equipe amigável e útil

Hotel de design espetacular 👍🏻👍🏻 Eu estive no brunch de domingo hoje. Muitas, muitas coisas boas e de qualidade. Fresco e preparado na hora do aperitivo à sobremesa. Seria difícil listar todas as coisas assadas na bela cozinha aberta. Chef número um. E depois muitas e boas sobremesas. Localização espetacular em um bairro mais isolado de Roma e a apenas alguns passos dos museus do Vaticano em Chipre.

Almorcé en este lugar durante una inspección para elegir un lugar para un evento corporativo. Finalmente un lugar que tiene una identidad fuerte y característica. Puede que te guste o puede que no te guste con estilo, pero personalmente no me importa en absoluto. Buena variedad de alimentos en el menú, todos muy buscados y no triviales. También tienen un menú dedicado a las pizzas. Buena experiencia. Intentar.

Mama Shelter Roma es realmente un lugar divertido y colorido para quedarse, almorzar y pasar una agradable velada en la terraza en compañía de buena música en vivo. La zona de la piscina cubierta, verdaderamente característica y bien cuidada, merece una mención especial. Desayuno excelente y abundante. Las habitaciones del hotel son sencillas pero están bien acabadas (¡el baño en particular es precioso!). La ubicación del hotel es ideal para moverse por Roma en transporte público y el Vaticano está realmente a tiro de piedra. Personal amable y servicial

Espectacular hotel de diseño 👍🏻👍🏻 Hoy he ido al brunch del domingo. Muchas, muchas cosas buenas y de calidad. Fresco y recién preparado desde el aperitivo hasta el postre. Sería difícil enumerar todas las cosas horneadas en la hermosa cocina abierta. Chef número uno. Y luego muchos y buenos postres. Espectacular ubicación en un barrio más apartado de Roma y a un tiro de piedra de los museos del Vaticano en Chipre.

Bad, no minibar, no service, no room service, staff at the bar are really arrogant ! and at the réception this morning at 09.30am (the 08.11.21) the girl didnt ask if our stay was ok, actually she didnt even talk to us, no thank you, no bye nothing, I dont get the concept of this place, pay rhe same price as any other hôtel but with no service at all...

Really Really Really BAD!!! Service is a word they dont know!, no water in the room, no room service, empty minibar,nothing to eat if you are hungry after 11pm. Breakfast is poor wity really bad product, every time you ask for a soft drink is a 10minutes wait...this is not a 4 stars hotel, barely a 2 stars I would never go back, its sad coz the deco is super nice but the staff is very under trained, and there is no service at all, room are just clean, not spotless and the area is really bad, far from the center where you can have a way better accommodation for the same price and a real service

Mama in Rome is really charming, I like the atmosphere and the good vibes, the staff is really nice and kind. Of course I'm a big of the style and the interior design is really cool, public spaces and rooms. Next time I hope to enjoy the rooftop, maybe in spring or summertime!!! Congrats guys and good luck 👍

Great location, a short walk from the metro. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Small issue checking in, we thought we had paid in full because we had booked through the Accor app, and it said we had paid in full, but they didn't take the money. Email confirmation said paid in full, but nothing was taken from the card. The guy confirmed this happens quite a bit but no payment is taken till on-site. Rooms were really good, nice size. Beds were very comfortable and the tvs were huge! Our shower blocked and flooded the bathroom on our first night, but they had it sorted in a few minutes. Breakfast was really good, nice range of food and juice. Gelato in the restaurant is delicious. Overall, very happy with our stay here and would love to stay here again.

Great hotel. Very funky & cool place. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only issue is at reception, which seemed overwhelmed most of the time. Need to make the check in process more efficient somehow since it takes way too long.

We stayed for a week at Mama Roma and had a great time. The location is perfect, not in the busy touristic area but in close proximity of the subway and so all hotspots. The hotel is located close to Vatican city and many good local restaurants around. The rooftop bar is absolutely amazing, during the day on a sunbed and in the evening for a cocktail. The team is super friendly and very helpful. Price of hotel itself and prices of drinks and bites are very affordable. Strongly recommend this hotel for s trip to Rome!
