“After drinking all two bags of tea from the room, it was not replenished by the staff for 3 days - despite the fact that the staff visited the room; once they did not even close it after the visit, they left it open by locking the lock on the door in such a way that ANYONE HAD A CHANCE TO ENTER MY ROOM AND ROB ME.
