“I had a lovely 2 night stay to visit the Christmas markets. Everything was perfect, a lovely room, smart, quiet, with friendly staff and in a great location surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops.
Some reviews complained about only 1 lift working, that it was noisy at night, no food being served late etc but none of these things were an issue. Perhaps the only negative I’d list is the expensive parking as you have to use the Mailbox carpark with 15% discount. At least there are plenty of spaces though and it felt very safe.”

“Basic enough room. Clean but smelled of bleach. Drains smelled in the evening. Draft coming through window vent. Very noisy in room due to noise coming in drafty window vent and noise from other rooms. Not a restful night sleep. Bed comfortable. Shower good.”
