Restaurante El Asador: Excelente el trato del personal,agradable el ambiente, muy buena comida, pero mejor aún las entradas. Cuando no podía ser mejor, te consienten con música en vivo y canciones a petición. La pasamos muy bien…!!

El Bar Valley Came here while I stayed at the hotel and I loved it! The music is great (good selection of Spanish music) and they have a pool table and ping pong table. Plus they have tables if you would like to sit and eat or couch set up if you want to just hang out and have a drink. Overall I really enjoyed it. The staff is also friendly which is a nice bonus 😁

It was a really good experience, but the Air conditioning was off in a few stores like in the pharmacy. Also the restaurants were hot because I guess they turned the air conditioning on too late and by the time you go to eatis still hot. Also there are so many amenities close like the casino, and the club. Also they are not offering lunch at the restaurants, just at the buffet. There is no entertainment team at the hotel, pool activities or games. And the worse part no music . It looked like a 55+ resort so boring

El bar valley I came here during my stay and loved it. The staff are all friendly, and there’s great service. It looks amazing and it just has a great feel to it. It’s a great spot to come to when you just want to hang out and enjoy. I definitely love coming here.

Este Hotel simplesmente é magnífico. A arquitetura, a parte alimentar e principalmente o atendimento. Os funcionários estão muito bem preparados para atender os hóspedes. Parabéns.

Just finished having dinner at one ofthe restaurant called Marea and it was incredible. As always the interior looks like a 5 star restaurant and the service was some of the best service I’ve ever had. They really go out of their way to make everything amazing. And the food was incredible. I highly recommend coming her if your looking for amazing Mediterranean food and incredible service.

He pasado mis vacaciones en esta maravilla de hotel. El servicio y el trato del personal es de sobresaliente. La variedad y la calidad de los restauranteses de escándalo . Sin duda alguna , lo recomendaría al cien por cien. Me ha encantado la experiencia en este pedazo resorts.

En el restaurante Góndola lo único que puedo decir es : desde que entré la atención fue excelente y rápido, los dependiente un servicio extraordinario, el principal que nos atendió de apellido Rivera y la muchacha María Reinoso, entre otros fueron muy amables, cortés y respetuoso y en cuanto lo que respecta a la cocina, mis respetos con la calidad de la comida que pedimos. En general mi puntuación sería de 101. Gracias

Desde el primer momento que llegamos la atención fue inmejorable por parte de todo el personal, hemos estado 9 noches. La habitacion espectacular y los restaurantes increíbles sin duda volvería. Felicidades ha todo el equipo sois increíbles al hacernos la estancia tan agradable.

He estado 12 veces en punta cana y puedo asegurar que es el mejor Hotel de toda la zona. Simplemente espectacular. Las instalaciones son increíbles, todo muy bien mantenido y limpio. Todo el personal del hotel es MUY agradable y atentos, están pendientes de todo lo que necesites. Tienen una variedad alucinante de restaurantes, gran variedad de comida y lo más importante.. buenísima calidad también. La estancia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa, no tengo nada malo que decir sobre este hotel porque no lo tiene. Muy recomendable y desde luego que volveré pronto.

Best place you can ever stay at. The service here is amazing and you always feel so welcomed by the staff. And let me not get started on the food. Atlantic buffet was my favorite place to eat. The drinks are amazing I love my stay here and feel very relaxed in my happy place. Definitely want to come back. Beautiful hotel , amazing food selections white sandy beach. Amazing employees

Lopesan is a great resort. Me and my family stayed here for 9 days, our initial stay was 12 days, but we wasted three nights at Nickelodeon resort. The difference between the two is like night and day. Lopesan never fails to impress me with their great service, and beautiful resort. The restaurants are great, and the cafe is beautiful and big. The thing I loved about my stay here is how kind everyone is! I haven’t seen that in the three nights I spent at the Nickelodeon resort. The cleanliness is a 10/10, which I appreciate very much considering the pandemic were in. Unique service is also great, they’re all kind and never fail to care of you. I am definitely returning to this resort later this year.

The worst experience ever for an all inclusive resort. Let’s start by if you don’t speak Spanish, then good luck getting by. Not only will you be last on their priority list, you probably will get nothing done since no one can speak barely any English. So to start we got a Unique room with swim out. Which was supposed to be the best. When we got there they tried to give us a room all the way in the back of the hotel, telling us it was the best. Even though we knew we were supposed to be by the main pool and the beach. That’s fine we went along with it till they took us to that room and it wasn’t cleaned. It had dirty towels and beer cans everywhere. We went back to guest services and they magically found the room we originally paid for. First night there we had to have the room sprayed because they brought flowers in covered in what looked like ants and they got everywhere. Once that was cleared up we had to call around 4pm everyday to have our room cleaned because they just always seemed to forget about it, and even when they cleaned it. They in quotes ran out of towels. So as for generic other small things if you want to go to the English pub and expect a variety of beers like the website says, forget it it’s just the same garbage beer they serve in the whole resort. Want to go play ping pong, forget it they don’t have balls. In the whole resort for the one ping pong table. They can’t find any balls. That goes for the one of two pool tables they have. That have no chalk. There are no activities to do at all on the resort like every other resort in the world has. There is so much more that is wrong with this resort. I just can’t keep going on about it. I can’t wait till my generic response back from the resort below. Just basically don’t come here.

Amazing customer service! The staff are all attentive, charismatic and sweet. The food is great with an wide selection. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the greenery is amazing, the atmosphere is equally as wonderful. I came here on a family vacation & I would definitely recommend coming here it’s worth it!

Best restaurant on the property is Gondola! It’s a great place to eat with outstanding Italian food. My wife’s wine glass was never empty. The waiters are very attentive, and fly over to your table when your glass is empty or they think you need something. We have been here for a week and ate at every restaurant, and the service at Gondola is by far the best! Our waiters for tonight were Frederick De Los Santos and Jose Rivera, if possible ask for their section.They have provided us the best service that we have received during our stay.

Awesome stay here at Lopesan resort. Everyone was awesome. Luis Santana at unique beach bar was our absolute favorite. He was hilarious and kept the good drinks coming. Ruddy at Gondola was awesome and made our meal so so good. He was super friendly. Entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
