“We stayed at the Hilton suites for six weeks. We have never in our whole life gotten the kind of customer service that we experienced at this hotel. Darnita, at the front desk went out of her way every day to make sure that we were happy, the housekeepers cleaned our room immaculately. All the employees at this hotel are so happy, and they care so genuinely about the guests. I have stayed in a lot of nice hotels in my day but I have never experienced anything like this. It was truly our home away from home. Thank you!”

“I stayed at Waldorf Astoria Chicago and Trump International a month before.
This hotel is clearly doing better than the above two within the pandemic. That being said, the concierge at Trump is better but keep in mind the 300$ price diff.
I would say this hotel is currently doing better than the Waldorf Astoria, given the fact that the service at W&A has declined greatly during the pandemic.”
