“Our vacations was amazing, we have such a great time with our family and everything was nice. We liked our room the beach and the pool was very nice and well maintained, the staff was very friendly and food was delicious, our Concierge Harry Milor was amazing and friendly and has effectively communicate with us when ever possible. He was extremely responsive to all our requests. He made our daughter’s birthday celebration special with a cake to celebrate. We would definitely recommend the hotel and the staff are doing an excellent job. Lot of activities for kids and water park as well. We definitely will be back soon.”

Food was high quality, beach was clean and the service from the staff was on point. We were fortunate enough the have Wilfredo as our bartender on the royal service side.
