O hotel é bonito, os quartos são excelentes e há oferta de água e uma cesta de frutas. Um ponto delicado em nossa estadia foi o fato de irmos uma pessoa idosa/cadeirante com a informação de que o hotel era adaptado para cadeirantes, porém apenas o quarto é. As instalações da piscina são escuras e não possuem segurança para idosos e cadeirantes. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, já o bar quase não há variedade e o restaurante também não é bom. Atendimento é ótimo! Destaque para o fato de que no inverno a maioria dos restaurantes encerram o funcionamento. Pelo que percebi nessa época do ano o Algarve “fecha” e quase tudo pára de funcionar. Foi minha primeira vez lá e não sabia dessa particularidade. Se for ao Algarve não vá no inverno!!! Recomendo caso não vá no inverno e nem com cadeirantes ou idosos. Rs

Desilusão na variedade e qualidade dos produtos servidos no pequeno almoço e no jantar buffet.O preço (49€/ pessoa) está desajustado com a qualidade da comida. Os funcionários são bem formados, atentos e atenciosos. Especialmente ao Sr. Cláudio, funcionário do restaurante, pela sua simpatia e profissionalismo.

I stayed at the Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort for a work event during the first week of June 2022 and it was spectacular. The rooms were elegant/spacious and extremely clean. The balcony was also very well presented – Soft furnishing and enough space to have a party for 3 " not that I did ;) ". The Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the pools clean and the food/coffee was really good too – Which is why I am giving them a 5*. My only negative is the price of the wine within the mini bar! Had I know that the very small, very cool “tube” was around 30euro I would have taken baby sips every 2hrs rather than 2 gulps in 10min ( I basically paid 30euro for a very small glass of wine, which seems a little extreme ).

A true tale of two halves. Arrived late on Friday night to a late finishing conference with incredibly loud music and guests roaming around shouting. Really disappointed that we weren’t told about it and even more so that we were going to be put above it. Service was missing on arrival (literally no-one there) but gentleman who did arrive did a good job of moving us to another room. Service from front desk remained poor for the rest of the stay. Our taxi for our wedding was 30 mins late and whilst we were clearly impatient, we were told by Andre that it was literally not his job. That said, the service pool side was exceptional. As was our room (minus a cockroach). I stayed at Anantara in Tangalle and I am afraid that this one is a million miles from that one. The pool was full of big, noisy Brit families (there was an adult pool - lovely but closed for weddings of which there were 2!) - not 5 star but suspect that this is best of a poor bunch in Vilamoura. Breakfast was excellent, as were the staff at breakfast.

Não podia deixar passar em branco a qualidade e profissionalismo da equipe do spa...e ter de salientar a profissional "Filipa" com umas mãos fantásticas ( talvez fosse aqueles dias em que precisamos mesmo daquele relaxamento) Adoramos De recomendar e voltar . I found the location to be ideal for the type of peaceful holiday we wanted to have. It was 10 minutes away by taxi from the marina. This was not a problem as the hotel provided a shuttle free of charge until 11.30pm. One just had to ring to order it. The hotel rooms were fantastic, well laid out and comfortable. Room service was excellent with our room being cleaned daily and resupplied with towels water shampoos etc.The breakfast was outstanding with an enormous variety of foods to choose from with some being cooked in front of you. The Emo restaurant was of the highest standard. The staff were friendly courteous and engaging and I compliment the hotel on their attentivness. There were a number of pool areas to choose from with drinks and food served as well. Overall an outstanding experience and one we came home fully rested from.

A localização não é de fácil acesso, no entanto a calma, o afastamento da confusão e a belza do local prevalecem face à dificuldade em chegar ao destino. O staff é bastante simpático e acessível. Tem ótimas condições. O ambiente é agradável.

Attentive service, polite and welcoming. We enjoyed a week here and couldn’t find much to fault the hotel. Room was cleaned daily, breakfast options are great, free shuttle to golf and the marina which we didn’t know about so that was a bonus! Good value for money.

Very nice hotel. We loved our cozy room with wood and bathroom include amenity was also lovely. Breakfast was amazing having gluten free options and all were very fresh. One of best Breakfast I had ever had. The staff of the pool bar was very helpful. We are happy to stay here and would love to come again. just one thing, we asked a reception staff to call a taxi and it was remo taxi and came late with other customer. And we were very late to get the reserved restaurant.

Comfortable and spacious rooms with all you need. The staff I interacted with was always very professional, attentive and nice (entire breakfast team, Vina and Corina from the spa, Elodie from front office, the driver, and others). The relaxing spa with a vitality pool, steam room and sauna was always a great end of the long day. Don’t miss a massage with Susana - hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had! The breakfast is nice with a good selection. I’d stay here again!

Um hotel de localização ideal, perto do centro de Vilamoura mas com uma distância que permite bastante acalmia. Instalações como piscina, Spa, sauna, piscina interior e vários espaços exteriores e bares acima da média. Os colaboradores do pequeno almoço com uma simpatia, disponibilidade e dinamismos ímpares.

My favorite hotel in the algarve, they make your stay so welcoming. Set on a relaxing view. Also I would like to add Edgar at the lounge bar produced the best cocktail I have ever had . He is VERY TALENTED and knowledgeable about his job and I would like to thank him and the bar team for their service 👍

Just got back from a week at Anantara Vilamoura and wish I was still there... I've stayed at many lovely hotels across the world but the Anantara is a relaxing, friendly, clean, quiet and quite simply a place everyone should visit if your looking for all these qualities and more - The food was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for you, friendly, polite and nothing was an issue to assist with. One of the pool staff (Claudio) looked after us all week and what a lovely fella he was... I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking to relax totally and have the best staff around you to cater for everything... We will be back!

The staff are incredible. So helpful and so professional. The hotel is extremely clean and all Covid regulations are adhered to by staff. The breakfast is out of this world I would highly recommend including it in your package. The resort is a little outside Villamoura itself but the resort is so peaceful and relaxed over looked a golf course it suited us perfectly and there is a shuttle service to take you to the marina free of charge so it was a win win for us. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be back.

One week stay me and my partner aged 28/29. The hotel is amazing staff are so friendly and the rooms cleaned. The hotel leads onto the back of a golf course where they are holding the Portugal masters so if a golf fan make sure to bring your clubs and golf shoes (hiring is possible). The hotel is a bit far out but they do provide a free shuttle service normally have to wait 10 minutes you order the shuttle at reception desk but normally have to share with other people . We sometimes got an Uber and it was 6euros to the marina. Breakfast is lovely! So many options! You can book to go the beach through the hotel reception and the shuttle bus will take you there. The beach provides it own beach towels! Really good hotel!! Very very helpful staff!

It was very disappointed. Compare to the other similar style hotel we just went a month before in Sardinia, this is totally a mess… The pools and the lounges beside the pool were good. The spa center is not working for the sauna and steam, which made the whole area almost boring. The tennis court is good for us and during the low season is very easy to book, although the condition of the device is very poor. The service is good, the reception lady is always helpful, and the other staff is always greeting you with good manner. The room is also good, big, good equipment and clean. The worst point is the food. Please don’t chose the half-board… Maybe it is because the last hotel served us so well, so we are more than disappointed by the food. Both breakfast and also the dinner is horrible. There are a lot of local restaurants nearby, if you have a car, just go out and have your meal. Please improve the food quality… Still thanks for all the friendly staffs, we had a good time in Vilamoura.

What to say about this hotel? so much promise? some nice rooms and a nice setting of the course but that's about it. Where do I start. We are spoilt by the places we usually visit which are often the best hotels in the World. Due to the travel restrictions and covid we thought we would come to the Algarve and chose this hotel instead of a villa for example or another property. Part of the decision was based on the Anantara brand name which we have heard if fairly strong whilst not experiences directly.So from when we got in there was no bell service on entry, this is something basic we expect of a 5 star hotel. Disappointing to begin with. Check in was ok though there were a lot of people in the Lobby which is not the Hotels fault. What was bad though was that one room not ready to check into. We had to wait in the lobby area for a few hours, we were however given free drinks as recompense. The room itself was OK though we had a child bed in our room that despite a number of requests no one ever removed. The corridors need some new decor maybe? Breakfast, awful, cold most of the time and what made it worst was we were lining up everyday like school children. I felt embarrassed for the Hotel. The food itself was of a poor quality. We had Full Board included and trust me on this, don't do it, the lunch and dinner were the worst I have ever experienced in my life, truly abysmal food, shocking even. People were lining up in the kids queue to get pizza and chips as the food was so atrocious. Some staff were amazing though, I will say, especially bar staff however others were completely and utterly miserable like they were waiting on us for free? We had no room service until we asked for it on third day. This is in spite of the fact we asked for it on the phone and left our 'make up rooms' signs every morning and even during the day whilst we were out. Amenities were nice but they were not replenished unless we asked someone in the corridor whilst they were walking about to tending to another room.There was no water until we asked for it, again, most 5* hotels provide daily or at least one bottle of water for the room. Finally service when we asked for it was usually slow, whether it be us picking our car or getting some food. Not what we expected.On the plus side the hotel has a wonderful indoor spa and pool which we made very good use of since it was very windy outside when went on some days and because had of England had decided upon this region which meant the pools were completely full of Brits abroad and their wild children.A Shame. Do not recommend, please try another hotel.

Very pleasant and helpful staff match the beautiful resort.Tip: ask about your covid swab for returning international travelers at time of check in. I incorrectly assumed they would have a method to collect samples onsite 7 days a week.

A golf resort hidden away from the ever busy Vilamoura. Expect to receive good service, reception and food and beverage staff where great. Room were a decent size, the property is large so expect a treck to the pool of restaurant. Very family friendly with 2 pools on offer. Underground private parking with high speed electric charge available.

Bueno del mis hoteles preferidos del Algarve las habitaciones son muy amplias muy bien decoradas y los servicios del hotel es lo mejor la piscina con muchas camas, un spa estupendo y el desayuno fuera de la pandemia de lo mejor que he probado aunque ahora con las restricciones del covis tienes que solicitar a los camareros que te ponen el plato lo que eliges con lo cual han reducido mucho la variedad. Tiene un kids ckubsin supervision. La última vez que estuvimos ya que me has repetido varias veces cogimos unas bicicletas del hotel hasta la playa. Muy buenas pistas rodeados de campos de golf

Não recomendo este hotel a ninguém. Cheguei ao hotel não tinham o meu quarto preparado, fui jantar e quando cheguei o quarto tinha sido preparado a pressa estando tudo mal arrumado as almofadas todas amontoadas no sofá, secador não existe, nem produtos de higiene, sacos para a roupa suja também não existe , etc... Isto tudo no dia da chegada ao hotel as 20 horas do dia 23 de Agosto. Ainda noscolocaram num quartono andar de baixo (105). Elogia a simpatia dos funcionários que nos receberam.
