“This hotel is not more than any 2-3 stars hotel, it is very old, I believe the furniture was not changed since the opening day of this hotel.. Very bad experience in the hotel and honestly I don’t recommend it for anyone”

“One of the crappiest hotels I've stayed. The linen in room 1012 was stained and the bathroom smelled with sewage. We asked for the linen to be changed, they couldn't do it immediately, so put us in another room with twin beds even though we booked a room with a king bed. The next day we wanted to move to our initial room with a king bed. To our surprise, when we came there, the stains were still there, even though we were told the room was cleaned. I was very shocked at how dirty it was and that the room wasn't cleaned even after we asked. Probably one of the dirtiest hotels, even though it's called "Hilton". The surfaces were also not clean. When I wiped them with a tissue, it was brown. The window in our room had dirt on it. The hotel staff was not supportive at all and were not interested to help us. Highly disappointed.”
