“I would not rent here again. The place is run down. The pool tiles are coming off of the bottom of the pool. I read another review that was a year ago with the same issue. The older man running the front desk is so rude. We had kids swimming in the pool at 5pm. He told us they are not allowed to be loud at all. No splashing, no making noise. The kids were just giggling and playing. It wasn't even late at night or early morning. Basically kids can't have fun here. There is not noise coming from the bar in the place and the street noise on Nohonani.”

Frequent airbnb'ers being disruptive at night. All the jealousy windows are broken in the rooms, so lots of noise comes in there. Rooms are way too bright unless you pin sheets over the windows.”

Lugar agradável e acessível para ficar um pouco enquanto você está no Havaí. Perto de lojas. Pub direito debaixo do seu quarto. Não muito longe para ir para casa. Haha Piscina e tudo.

Ter uma ótima estadia aqui gerente muito gentil e amigável, com um pouco de pintura e TLC este lugar é excelente .. o nosso condomínio é muito confortável, muito limpo vem com itens essenciais e é tão conveniente no meio de uma variedade de restaurantes, muitas lojas e tão perto da praia

Apesar da fachada desbotada .. este lugar é uma joia VINTAGE !! A piscina, a lavandaria, o elevador e o pátio são mantidos muito limpos. Cada unidade é de propriedade independente e alugada por meio de várias plataformas, como AirBnB ou VRBO. Algumas unidades estão limpas, enquanto outras podem não (depende do proprietário). A recepção é muito útil e cortês, mas eles não alugam unidades para clientes que entram no hotel. Nós reservamos a nossa estadia através de um proprietário AirBnB e tivemos um tempo maravilhoso. Fica a 1 quarteirão do Mercado Internacional e a 2 quarteirões da praia! Além disso, é como viajar no tempo de volta aos anos 1960. Nós amamos a nossa estadia e iremos voltar. Graças ao rei havaiano.

Eu não alugaria aqui novamente. O lugar está degradado. As telhas da piscina estão saindo do fundo da piscina. Eu li outro comentário que foi há um ano com o mesmo problema. O homem mais velho que dirige a recepção é tão rude. Tínhamos crianças nadando na piscina às 17h. Ele nos disse que eles não têm permissão para falar alto. Sem salpicos, sem fazer barulho. As crianças estavam apenas rindo e brincando. Não era nem tarde da noite nem de manhã cedo. Basicamente, as crianças não podem se divertir aqui. Não há barulho vindo do bar no local e do barulho da rua em Nohonani.

No volvería a alquilar aquí. El lugar está deteriorado. Las baldosas de la piscina están saliendo del fondo de la piscina. Leí otra reseña que fue hace un año con el mismo problema. El hombre mayor que dirige la recepción es muy grosero. Teníamos niños nadando en la piscina a las 5 de la tarde. Nos dijo que no se les permite hacer ruido en absoluto. Sin salpicaduras, sin hacer ruido. Los niños se reían y jugaban. Ni siquiera era tarde en la noche o temprano en la mañana. Básicamente, los niños no pueden divertirse aquí. No hay ruido proveniente del bar del lugar y el ruido de la calle en Nohonani.

Vou compartilhar tudo que eu gostaria que alguém me dissesse antes de me mudar: Insuportavelmente alto à noite, mesmo para os padrões do waikiki. Pessoas literalmente gritando a plenos pulmões para cima e para baixo em Nohonani. Airbnb'ers freqüentes sendo perturbadores à noite. Todas as janelas do ciúme estão quebradas nos quartos, então muito barulho entra lá. Os quartos são claros demais, a menos que você prenda lençóis nas janelas.

Voy a compartir todo lo que desearía que alguien me dijera antes de mudarme: Insoportablemente ruidoso por la noche, incluso para los estándares de waikiki. La gente literalmente gritaba a todo pulmón arriba y abajo de Nohonani. Los airbnb'ers frecuentes son perturbadores por la noche. Todas las ventanas de los celos están rotas en las habitaciones, por lo que entra mucho ruido. Las habitaciones son demasiado luminosas a menos que coloques sábanas sobre las ventanas.

A 2 cuadras de la playa, en la línea de autobús, frente al mercado internacional. Justo en el corazón central de Waikiki. El lugar está un poco descuidado pero es una excelente ubicación. Si tienes miedo de las personas sin hogar, este no es tu lugar. El ambiente es genial, hay un ascensor y lavadoras. David, el recepcionista, es muy agradable y tiene mucha información sobre cómo moverse en el área local. Si está buscando lujo, este no es su lugar si lo que busca es asequible y satisface todas sus necesidades. Este podría ser el indicado.

2 quadras da praia, na linha de ônibus, em frente ao mercado internacional. Bem no centro de Waikiki. O local é um pouco degradado, mas é uma excelente localização. Se você tem medo de moradores de rua, este não é o seu lugar. O ambiente é ótimo, tem elevador e máquina de lavar. David, o recepcionista, é muito simpático e tem muitas informações sobre como se locomover na área local. Se você está procurando por luxo, este não é o seu lugar, se você está procurando por preços acessíveis E atender a todas as suas necessidades Este pode ser o seu lugar.

2 blocks to the beach, on the bus line, across from International marketplace . Right in the central heart of Waikiki. The place is a little bit Run down but it is A great location . If you're afraid of homeless people this isn't your place . The Ambiance is great, there's an elevator And washing machines. David the front desk guy is very nice And has a lot of information about how to get around in the local area. If you're looking for high-end this isn't your place if you're looking for affordable And meet all your needs This might be the one.

Excelente ubicación, el edificio podría actualizarse. El fondo de la piscina está roto y necesita reparación. La falta de circuito cerrado de televisión en los pasillos y el ascensor es un poco alarmante. Sin embargo, el área de lavandería es bastante buena. El personal es muy amable y servicial.

Me alojé con 13 personas (incluidos bebés). Había 3 dormitorios y la sala de estar era muy espaciosa y abierta. ... Hubiera sido mejor si hubiera un aire acondicionado en la sala de estar. En medio de la noche, los borrachos estaban haciendo ruido afuera y no podían dormir. No me gustaba que el baño se volviera viscoso.

Ótima localização, o prédio pode ser atualizado. O fundo da piscina está quebrado e precisa de reparos. A falta de CFTV nos corredores e no elevador é um pouco alarmante. Área de lavanderia é muito bom no entanto. Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos.

Ficou com 13 pessoas (incluindo bebês). Havia 3 quartos ea sala de estar era muito espaçosa e aberta. ... Teria sido melhor se houvesse um ar condicionado na sala de estar. No meio da noite, os bêbados faziam barulho do lado de fora e não conseguiam dormir. Eu não gostei da casa de banho ficando viscoso.

Great location, building could use updating.. Pool bottom is broken and needs repair. The lack of cctv in hallways and elevator is a bit alarming. Laundry area is quite good however. Staff are very kind and helpful.

Tener una excelente estancia aquí gerente muy amable y amigable, con un poco de pintura y TLC este lugar es excepcional ... nuestro condominio es muy cómodo, muy limpio viene con lo esencial y es muy conveniente en medio de una variedad de restaurantes, muchas tiendas y tan cerca de la playa

A pesar de la fachada descolorida ... este lugar es una joya VINTAGE !! La piscina, la lavandería, el ascensor y el patio se mantienen muy limpios. Cada unidad es de propiedad independiente y se alquila a través de varias plataformas como AirBnB o VRBO. Algunas unidades están limpias, mientras que otras no (depende del propietario). La recepción es muy servicial y cortés, pero no alquilan unidades para clientes sin cita previa. Reservamos nuestra estancia a través de un propietario de AirBnB y lo pasamos de maravilla. Está a 1 cuadra del mercado internacional y a 2 cuadras de la playa. Además, es como viajar en el tiempo a la década de 1960. Nos encantó nuestra estancia y volveremos. Gracias Rey Hawaiano.

Despite the faded facade.. this place is a VINTAGE GEM!! The pool, laundry, elevator and patio are kept very clean. Each unit is independently owned and rented through various platforms like AirBnB or VRBO. Some units are clean, while others may not (depends on the owner). The front desk is very helpful and courteous, but they do not rent units to walk-in customers. We booked our stay through an AirBnB owner and had an amazing time. It’s 1 block from the International Market and 2 blocks from the beach! Plus it’s like time travelling back to the 1960’s. We loved our stay and will return. Thanks Hawaiian King.

Having a great stay here manager very kind and friendly, with a little painting and TLC this place is outstanding.. our condo is very comfortable, very clean comes with essentials and it is so convenient in the midst of a variety of restaurants, many shops and so close to the beach
