“Did not stay at this hotel, but I was denied entry by Dwayne due to the fact that I did not have a reservation. The reason for denial is that need it to use the bathroom and since I spoke to him in Spanish he stated that the public bathroom was inside the airport( the airport is closed to non travelers). I explained to him the the urge to use the bathroom since I was waiting for my 90 year old mother to arrive. He became very rude. At this point I spoke to him "only in English " and asked to speak to his manager. His attitude and behavior changed completely.”

“This place serves its purpose. Comfy bed and a hotel restaurant . Just steps away from the airport. But it was cold and pretty dingy. I did enjoy my gin and tonic!”
