“Great location, Delicious breakfast , Great staffs and services though as Titanium member I requested for a room upgrade just for my 2 nights stay so my 8 months old baby can have a proper bath in the tub the receptionist at the front desk wouldn't honor my room upgrade even though there were several rooms available for upgrade during my stay. Had to bath her in the sink which was ridiculous! Rooms are nice, small and definitely not family oriented. The Location is definitely perfect for tourists.”

“It's my first time to London and I really I had a wonderful experience here. The staff are really nice and friendly. We arrived very early on the checkin day and the room is not ready. The staff gave us free breakfast(I am a Platinum member) even though it's not required. The breakfast here is also fantastic, which has a bunch of delicious food with lots of choices. They let us store the luggage in the hotel so that we can hang out for fun. We have a 2 year old son and the hotel gave a few gifts to my son and my son really likes the gifts. The hotel is next to China town and we enjoyed the food there. This is definitely a wonderful place I would like to recommend to everyone if you want to visit London!”
