“Fantastic location near The Prado and several other major museums. The beautiful Neptune fountain is also right outside the front door. Walking distance to many of the wonderful neighborhoods. Staff was great, breakfast even better. The rooms were on the small side, all somewhat angular which was all fine. My only complaint was the comfort of the bed. Not sure if it was too soft or too hard but it hurt my hips and I had to sleep on my back only so as not to ache.”

“Beautiful hotel and location. Staff were extremely kind polite, and very knowledgeable. Our very room had a comfortable bed - nice linen - The room stewards were lovely , cheerful and friendly and very hardworking. Breakfast was included and the quality of the breakfast was very good. I will consider this hotel on future visits.”
