“Wonderful place to rest and relax. With good service and comfort rooms and different types of delicious foods. Hotel provides taxi and parking area outside and down in the basement. Close to panorama mall and Costa coffee shop”

“We booked the place in Muscat in advance for something like 9 days. Price and quality ratio looks okay. Unfortunately after a few days stay they had a party in the pool bar which was so load that it was impossible to get rest in the room. Karaoke party with bad singers just almost next to our door on the 2nd floor. We talked to the receptionist and he said they will have parties all the remaining day and usually they last till midnight or more. After some discussion we got another room on the 5th so we moved up there in the night but on the top of the karaoke show we got the noise of the traffic as well, so the solution was not working.
We made official complaint and checked out in the next morning. Surprisingly they confirmed they will reimburse the price of the remaining days that I paid in advance. I appreciate it very much.
Apart from this bad experience with the noise and the party with a lot of people and loud music, the hotel brings a good average level. The breakfast is almost the same each day but not bad.
The room is fairly comfortable although it has a bit too many furniture inside. The bathroom is correct.
I think this kind of events in the pool bar just doesn't help the hotel to be a good place to stay although they have all the elements to be so. It's pity”
