We are a couple of hours in to our stay and we are IMPRESSED. We found our business room clean with an extremely comfortable king bed, compact bathroom with all the amenities needed to conduce comfort and convenience. The room has modern updates, a useful wireless phone charging clock radio, ten minute drive from Auckland city and the prompt check in by hospitable and helpful reception staff made it easy to relax. Particularly Leticia who went above and beyond to help us settle in - thank you Leticia. Great vibe, great location, amazing staff would stay here again and we haven’t even checked out yet!

Room was a little smaller than expected, as was the bathroom - compact like on a cruise ship! Could hear banging of doors and people talking in the halls which was a shame. Bed was lovely and firm and curtain/blind was great for black out. Ordered a taxi through reception. However when we went down, there was no taxi and we had to wait another 15 minutes for the company to be called which meant we were late for our booking. Checkout was relatively quick and easy.

Beautiful and comfortable. Really awesome wireless phone charging clock radios. That was super handy right next to the bed. The bathroom looks a bit like a capsule and there are no extras like shower caps or make up wipes. But it's everything you need and clean. I'd definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean, standard. Buffet breakfast - good if you like continental but the cooked food was stone cold. Mushrooms desperately need a creamy sauce. Staff appear disinterested.

Stayed for a week while on a work course. Rooms adequate, and clean, though decor looking a bit tired. Jug and condiments stored in wardrobe. Not ideal. Eco option for linen useage great idea. Access to a gym. Great buffet breakfast and dinner options with plenty of choice and of a high quality. Staff professional and helpful. Have stayed b4 in a private capacity and would stay again.
