“Nice room. Breakfast was nice. Staff was caring. HOWEVER:
- Before we arrived, it had never been mentioned that the view on the Emirates Palace required to pay additional costs
- Photos are misrepresentative. The pool area is a lot less luxurious than it looks like. Plus, it is noisy (construction works)
- At the pool / on the beach / during breakfast : view on construction works (with the sound that goes with it)
- The room was cold (impossible to reach a temperature above 20 ºC)
- Small beach (8 spots)
- Not a lot of sunbeds around the pool (need to arrive before 9 am to get one)
- Massages must be booked 5 days in advance (it was peak season)
- 0 effort on the service and the decoration of the outside area of the Italian restaurant (surprising when we see the inside)”

“One of the best hotels in Abu Dhabi, The services are amazing. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing. Rooms services, beautiful swimming pool, very clean, nice room with Beautiful view of Emirates palace, they have amazing gym big and modern equipment, highly recommended.
