My family and I we stayed here for my brother wedding from the beginning to the end everything was exelente the whole personal were amazing, polite and courtesy the food was delicious on all restaurants the hotel have especially at the restaurant las Brisas they have a particular waitress his name is Alexis was a really excellent and helpful waitress.

The location of the resort was great. However, this resort is in dire need of a renovation. The rooms look old and outdated. Although, they claim to cater to adults and couples. This resort is clearly for families and children. As an adult traveller it felt like being at Disney. The food was HORRIBLE (no variety and it was often cold). For North American travelers, a large portion of the staff her don't speak English like in Cancun and other popular Mexican tourist areas. I was on the resort private beach and resort allowed local people to walk up to you and sell stuff! (I was shocked and annoyed).

Not so friendly front desk, tried to sell us shared appartments and very complicated if you don't want all inclusive. Would not recommend for Acapulco. Bittersweet experience though we made the reservation 6 months in advance.

This hotel has gym, buffet, nice rooms, goods swimming pools, a great seaview and the staff is lovely, but the checkin is late.

Room was not cleaned to standard. The shower drain clogged. Did not have a fitted sheet exposing the bare mattress. The light fixtures were dusty. Rust on some of the stainless steel fixtures. In stating the customer service was wonderful however the physical standards of the room did not meet dream expectations.

We stayed at this hotel during a convention/conference. The staff are very nice and helpful. Our room was nice, clean and the beds comfortable. However, it took a very long time to check in. But, the hotel is old and needs updating. The pools had a lot of dirty marks on them and the paint around main pool was peeling off. The hotel is currently being changed into a Dreams hotel so there were a number of areas that were not open/not accessible. The restaurant is in a great location with view of the bay but the food was terrible (overcooked pasta, wrongly labeled food and the all inclusive menu had little variety dispite appearing to have a lot dishes). In addition drinks were only available for 2 hours each evening which was between 8pm-10pm, not great if you have children who are used to dining and sleeping earlier and would like a drink with your meal. They also charge for sunbeds on the beach which is poor for a hotel advertising itself as a 5 star hotel. I would not visit this hotel again and feel it was not worth the money we paid.

The hotel and the facilities are nice, specially if you stay in a family suite. The staff and their policies are horrible, however. They treat you like a criminal.

Well located hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet. They try to charge you for every single thing, though.

The beach and pool are really nice but the hotal has a lot of weird rules. You can't bring in outside food so if you have leftover from a restaurant you are out of luck. However the workers are nice and try to help as much as they can.

Had to give one star but would have given it NONE! This was supposed to be a five star hotel but instead it felt like I stayed at a motel. Very outdated with no amenities, the food was not worth it...
