Check in was smooth with Hannah the receptionist. I had booked by accident 2 double beds and not a king. She without hesitation made the change (she did have to check if there was a room with a king size bed available) we also needed transportation to the airport the following day which you usually have to reserve a few days in advance, but she called right away to ask if we could catch the 8am transport (we checked in at 9pm) Which was not a problem. The following day the shuttle was exactly on time. 8am we departed with zero issues. The bed was exactly to my liking, I slept so good, the shower pressure was great. There was breakfast included, we just had coffee. My only complaint with the hotel would be the very tiny shower towels. Other than that I would stay here again and would recommend this place.

The free shuttle is completely false advertising. They wouldn’t pick us up from the airport because they require 24-48 hours notice and then they wouldn’t take us to the airport at 9am because they claimed the shuttle was full until 2pm!!! I spent more than the price of the room getting taxis to and from the airport. Beware!!!!! Oh and the restaurant…. Ordered 4 Club House sandwiches, and literally got 10 fries with each. 2 towels for a family of 4. I could go on.

Our flight was canceled so we stayed here to take the next day flight. We ordered some drinks as soon as we got there and a half hour later still had not seen them even after checking on them three times so I canceled them. The room smelled like mildew and mold and we only had two towels despite paying an extra guest fee. We asked how to get to the nearest town Puerto Morales and we're told a taxi was $40 but an Uber was only 10 so we ordered an Uber and then the taxi mafia showed up and blocked the guy in and wouldn't let us take that mode of transportation. We started walking and the taxi finally talked down to $25 and we paid him to come pick us up later and they did not pick us up later. I guess there are better places closer to the airport and we will find those next time.

Rooms are okayish and the best thing is they have a free shuttle to airport. Only thing to consider is if you want to order food delivery, nobody gonna deliver to this place as its too far. If you’re renting a car, then it should be okay. Total experience not so great…

There is NO airport shuttle. Do not let them tell you otherwise. You’ll be waiting 1.5hrs like I was hoping someone would show up while the receptionist keeps telling you traffic, construction and promises arrival in 20 minutes. The hotel is raggedy, to say the least. Ordered nachos with flank steak and it came out cold. The hotel also is isolated, surrounded by nothing. Save the extra dollars and do NOT stay here.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! Place is horrible. The restroom sinks has dust like never been cleaned, the showers are DIRTY looks like they just clean it with just water . Refrigerator at least . The parking it’s terrible the spaces are very very very narrow. The bed is HARDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD, elevator hard to find and confusing since 2 hotels share the same facility.
