“We came here knowing we were about to gender reveal to our family while also taking a vacation for the first time in a long time. This hotel is snug in the middle of absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking views of the mountains. We did our gender reveal with the help of Deb and other staff members and couldn't have announced this any better. We have enjoyed every minute of this stay and it's barely half over. Thank you for providing a moment of a lifetime for us.”

“Definitely a two star hotel. The hotel has been recently remodeled, but think of it as lipstick on a pig. I called an hour before we arrived and asked if the pool was open, I got an enthusiastic "yes". When we arrived, the pool was so cloudy that you could not see the bottom and was covered with dead bugs and leaves floating on the surface.
At this point it was too late to switch hotels, so I went back and asked the front desk about this and why I was told it was open, to which I got a "well, it is open". I explained to her that being open and actually being able to swim in the pool are different things, but she didn't get it and did not even offer an apology. She said she would have the manager call me, they never did. Very poor customer service.
The hotel has been recently upgraded, but at its core it is still a motel. This property was a Best Western for many years, the customer service is still that of one.”
