“Gracias por hacer que el Andaz se sienta como en casa. Me alojé en el Andaz durante un mes con mi marido y el servicio fue impecable. Desde el momento en que pregunté hasta que llegué y hasta la última noche, el personal de Andaz fue muy servicial. El hotel está impecablemente limpio. El personal es más que amable, simpático y muy atento a todos los detalles. Lillian del desayuno, Mahmoud, Jacob y Marc hicieron que el lugar se sintiera aún más como en casa. Definitivamente es mi “hogar” en Munich a partir de ahora. Un agradecimiento especial para Bastian, quien aguantó todas mis preguntas y solicitudes al azar. ¡No puedo esperar a quedarme aquí de nuevo!”

“This hotel was simply amazing- Lovely facilities, super friendly and accommodating staff, phenomenal food. The hamburger at the Lonely Broccoli restaurantis one of the best I've ever had. The breakfast was memorable for its Bavarian flair, amazing assortment of high-quality foods and incredible presentation. I called to the front desk to ask for ice one night at 11 p.m. and the manager asked me if I wanted some ice cream too and sent up a nice dish of ice cream with the ice. The mini bar is filled with premium local sodas and everything in minibar is free except the beer. The hotel is about 20 minutes from all attractions by the easy-to-use public transportation in an area that is relatively quiet and quite nice. So glad I chose this property. It's my first stay at an Andaz hotel and I will seek them out in the future. Thank you!”
