“The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, I think it was Fabio and another guy who’s name I can’t remember. I missed my connection flight out of Lisbon so they helped me book a room same-day. Definitely made the right call, the views were spectacular and the rooms were clean and sleek. Room service was also available late and received my dinner within 20 mins of calling. I would stay here again!”

“hotel and rooms very n8ce however despite having a kettle and cups no tea or coffee provided I did query this with reception and was told rooms up until 8th floor only have kettle no tea or coffee. Very strange and disapointing”
