“Pullman hotel - quarto como bem decorado e confortável, mas muito pequeno e muito poucos deles têm banheiras. Os serviços eram muito medianos, normalmente estou acostumado a padrões muito melhores nos hotéis Accor. Boa seleção de itens no lounge executivo. Localização conveniente. Se você está hesitando entre este Pullman e o Pullman Skyway - os quartos e o serviço são muito melhores no Skyway.”

“I have stayed at several different hotels in China and this has been my favorite so far! My room was beautiful and I especially loved the rainfall showerhead. The location of the hotel was perfect. It's across the street from the Shanghai Railway station and there's a subway station entrance right outside the door. With all the transportation options, you can get anywhere in the city! The staff was very friendly and helpful and they all spoke English. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep!”
