“The employees were fantastic, helpful and knowledgeable. But the hotel itself is pretty dated. Elevators were slow, buttons don't light up, and floor indicators we're taped over. Rooms lacked lighting, bathtubs were small, peepholes lacked covers, and the physical catch lock was flimsy at best. The bed was comfortable, and the room was relatively clean, but overall would prefer other Hyatt hotels nearby. Os funcionários foram fantásticos, prestativos e experientes. Mas o hotel em si é bastante antigo. Os elevadores estavam lentos, os botões não acendem e os indicadores do andar estão colados. Os quartos não tinham iluminação, as banheiras eram pequenas, os olhos mágicos não tinham tampas e a trava física era, na melhor das hipóteses, frágil. A cama era confortável e o quarto era relativamente limpo, mas no geral preferiria outros hotéis Hyatt nas proximidades.”
