Our stay was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. All parts of the hotel were clean, warm and inviting. We also felt secure since a swipe of the room key card on the elevator was required to access the room floors. Loews is also located within walking distance to Navy Pier and the Michigan Avenue Magnificent Mile. I highly recommend Loews Chicago Hotel.

Stayed here after a concert at the United Center. It was about 15 minute commute and perfect to avoid traffic leaving the venue. The hotel is definitely luxury with amazing views and amenities. Parking is available with a short walk. The in room meal service was delicious. However the online menu doesn't give much description so you're not 100% sure what you're ordering. Would highly recommend staying here if you are willing to spend a little extra.

Estadia maravilhosa para uma conferência. Quarto era limpo e confortável, a cama era super confortável. Usei a TV apenas para canais locais, tentei encontrar serviços de streaming que eram difíceis de localizar ou simplesmente não existiam. O streaming de música anunciado exigia uma assinatura.As salas de conferências / reuniões eram confortáveis e limpas. As mesas eram bem espaçadas e não havia aglomeração. Os serviços de alimentação fornecidos para a conferência foram excelentes.A equipe foi amigável e útil. O sistema de mensagens foi útil para verificar e quaisquer necessidades durante a minha estadia.Eu definitivamente reservaria este local novamente.

Wonderful stay for a conference. Room was clean and comfortable, the bed was super comfortable. Used TV for local channels only, attempted to find streaming services which were difficult to locate or just not there. Advertised music streaming required a subscription. Conference/Meeting rooms were comfortable and clean. Tables were well spaced and there was no crowding. Food services provided for the conference were great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The messaging system was helpful for check out and any needs during my stay. I would definitely book this location again.

Nós se hospedaram no Loews para nossa primeira viagem a Chicago e teve um excelente. A localização perto do lago e do rio é excelente; é fácil andar em qualquer lugar. A equipe foi muito útil em fornecer recomendações de entretenimento e restaurantes. E o preço para o tamanho da sala era bom. Definitivamente consideraríamos ficar no hotel novamente!

We stayed at the Loews for our first ever trip to Chicago and had an outstanding time. The location near the lake & river is great; it's easy to walk everywhere. The staff was very helpful in providing entertainment and restaurant recommendations. And the price for the size of the room was good. We would definitely consider staying at the hotel again!

Loews Hotel Chicago has been wonderful. We had some unforeseen circumstances that we had to prolong our stay and the staff was more than accommodating. They are dog friendly which is great. The rooms are very comfortable. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone visit Chicago!

My room on the 12th floor had a beautiful view of Chicago high-rises, was very spacious and clean, nicely appointed, with a refrigerator that you could stock with your favorites, in room safe, etc,There was a comfortable chair and ottoman with a reading light, and a desk. The bed and linens were very comfortable. I enjoyed the terrace dining and the lobby bar. The main restaurant was closed. All the staff, including reception, concierge, wait staff, and bell captain were very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. There are many hotels in this part of Chicago; I am happy that I picked Loews.

I recently worked with Loews Chicago Hotel as a vendor to celebrate a wedding reception. Loews was absolutely WONDERFUL. The staff went above and beyond throughout the night. The Front Desk was anticipating me and was fully prepared for the evening. The Security Team unlocked and opened the right areas and helped me move from the loading dock to the ballroom. The Banquet Team worked with me on the timeline, communication, and keeping the event's energy up. The Audio/Video team (who was not even working in the event) stopped by twice to make sure everything I brought was working correctly and provided assistance with an intricate setup. From the moment I arrived until I left, it was clear that Loews team was complete professionals and communicated well with each other. No detail was forgotten or left unaddressed, which made my night much easier. The room was beautiful, food was delicious, and the party went off without any issues. Truly -- I could not be more pleased with the experience with Loews. Very much looking forward to celebrating with them again soon.

Your Guest Services were AMAZING! Super friendly and attentive! But I was extremely disappointed in the fact that the parking garage was not connected to the hotel. The elevators in the parking garage was broken so my kids and I had to haul all our stuff up some stairs, through an ally of another hotel and cross a street, with all our luggage. Not a good first impression or a way to feel very welcomed. I know you have no control that the parking garage doesn’t connect, but still disappointed, since it was $47 a night. I was also disappointed that we did not have a regular fridge in the room and if we wanted one we would be charged for it. We spent a lot of money to stay there, you would think that would be included. It would have been nice if it was included. Especially since the mini bar wasn’t available either. Your toilet paper could use some attention. Have you used it?!? Maybe an upgrade to two ply... would be my recommendation. Lastly, I love that you’re a family hotel. After all, I had my family there for a mini vacation, but it would be nice if our neighbors in 849 would have told their kids to calm down especially at night ans in the early morning. They were screaming and running around the room and halls. I’m all for having fun but also respect that others are trying to enjoy themselves too. It seemed as though the kids were in one room by themselves while the adults were in another. Again, out of your control but if you add all of it together, it makes for an experience, that felt overpriced. Thank you to your front desk. They were amazing!

I booked a Lakeview Suite last Friday and it was beautiful! Initially, I was irked when checking in but the issue was resolved quickly. I would recommend calling them if you need to request something for your reservation. I utilized the chat option and I was told that my requests were never communicated to the front desk by the people I spoke to during the chat. However, once checked in, the service by the hotel staff was phenomenal. Super accommodating and I love the fact that you can text the front desk. The view from the suite was absolutely gorgeous; the room was high tech, clean and spacious. I forgot my jacket in the room when checking out and I was able to grab it the next day, even then they were super kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again due to the beautiful rooms and amazing staff! :D

Very disappointed. We wanted and paid for a corner room which they changed without telling us. The TV didn't work the whole time we were there..... I had to clean my room when we first got there before we could unpack. The sheets had stuff in them, the room has wrappers on the floor, and the bathroom had hair in the sink and in the toilet. It was just all around gross

Loved our stay! The room was extremely clean and was very nice. Bed was comfortable. We had a view of the river and some of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel and the guest service was quick and attentive. Very clean as well. Would have liked to have outlets on both sides of the bed, as well as more than one hook for towels after a shower.

I booked a premium room with a view. Called multiple times to ensure the room with the view was requested. Upon check-in my friend was give a room with no view. Either reservation did not put the request in the notes or the check in person did not bother to read the notes. My friend got a lower floor room with awful views of some buildings and deck chairs,. 2 free drinks were offered as compensation at Starbucks. Rubbish! In addition, there was no water in the room. This is a 4 star hotel?

By far the best hotel experience, rooms are nice and clean. Jane at the front desk is great and has the best customer service skills. I called ahead of time to establish my room prior to arrival. She made sure all of my request and beyond were satisfied. She truly made my stay here one to remember. Highly recommend

Hotel limpio, bien ubicado, personal amable. No creo que volvería a quedarme por probar otro hotel, no mal interpretar, es buen hotel pero no excelente como para ya no buscar o probar algo más. Pros: ubicación, Contras : desayuno no incluído, estacionamiento muy caro (45 dólares por noche), aunque ese es el estándar en Chicago...

Es un hotel con un gran ambiente, linda decoración, habitaciones confortables y con grandes vistas de la ciudad. Está ubicado cerca de las mejores atracciones de Chicago y lo mejor de todo, es que tiene unas tarifas mucho más accesibles que otros hoteles de la misma categoría. Súper recomendado!
