Even with social distancing the experience was great, the staff is really really nice, the room was spotless and everything worked as it was supposed to, room service is incredibly fast. The only down side was that not all areas of the hotel were available, that doesn't ruin the experience but they should let people know before making the reservation.”

“I went for a wedding and it was a great time because of great people. The Hard Rock is pretty standard. Well-maintained, they have ample pools to choose from each with a different vibe. It's family friendly and children were mostly well entertained with the water park, arcades, activities and separate pools. Service is lacking, some at the lobby desk were plain rude. Food is average and nothing to rave about. The place is huge and you're reliant on trolleys. Everything has an add-on price (including coconuts!). The gym is very nice. I don't regret my stay.”
