“I loved the old look and feel Everything looked really fancy but it wasn't that great. They had scratchy towels, single ply toilet paper the shower was either burning hot or cold and the bed was really old and uncomfortable and you had to pay for parking.”

“The hotel is quite grand and beautiful. The view from the 20th floor was nice. The entire 20th floor(which you pay extra to be on)smelled horrible-most especially our room. It was like very old, musty, wet yuk!! There's no cozy lounge to have a cocktail. For that, walk up the street to The Green Pig! They'll seem happy”
