“The hotel is nice, great service and very clean. Our waiter ramazan akyel was exceptional, he couldn’t do enough for us. Made the best drinks, fantastic personality and waited on us all night. Great source of knowledge about the area and a thoroughly pleasant young man.Thanks Ramazan!”

“From the moment I checked in I felt the professionalism and warm welcomed by Asena at the front desk!She was beyond amazing, and helpful! This is what hospitality should be from a 5 stars hotels.I’ve been to many so called 5 stars hotels and not nearly close to the service I’ve got here.From Asena to the bar staffs and the door man to room service. The level of the service here is just superb,especially during the Covid pandemic, I do feel safe and secure staying here!I still have one more night To go here I’m sure they will take good care of me 🙏🙂. This will be the only choice of hotel if ur planning to travel to Istanbul!I will be back here in no time!Highly recommended!”
