It’s not mentioned that we have to pay for hotel car park even though we have paid for the hotel , ok that’s fine. **Update: took the money but didn’t tell how it work so we had to get out of the car for help 🙄🙄 NOT acceptable Not even a little bottle of water in the room, ok that’s alright. The water didn’t go down the drain then found a disgusting tissue in the drain🤮 that’s NOT acceptable!!!!!! **Update: found an used plaster in the bathtubs 🙄🙄🙄how disgusting is this hotel??? What a ridiculous stay in a so-called 4 stars hotel🙄🙄🙄 Update: they claimed they are just 3 stars 🤷🏽‍♀️

Ótimo lugar para ficar. Seguimos as placas do Hipódromo pela cidade (ao contrário das instruções do Google) e tomamos o cuidado de cruzar a A18 até o estacionamento do hotel. Observe a cobrança pelo estacionamento.O hotel é um bom exemplo de um Hilton Garden Inn. Os quartos são modernos, de tamanho razoável e impecavelmente limpos. As provisões usuais são fornecidas e há um par de plugues com pontos de carregamento USB únicos. Os funcionários foram simpáticos, corteses e prestativos durante toda a nossa estadia.Nestes tempos estranhos, esforços especiais têm sido claramente feitos pelo hotel para tornar a sua estadia o mais segura possível. Certamente não tínhamos nenhuma preocupação nesta área.Não tenho certeza de como o hotel seria em dias de corrida, mas em outras ocasiões, o recomendaríamos totalmente.

Gran lugar para quedarse. Seguimos las señales del hipódromo a través de la ciudad (contrariamente a las direcciones de Google) y nos aseguramos de cruzar la A18 hacia el aparcamiento del hotel. Tenga en cuenta el cargo por estacionamiento.El hotel es un buen ejemplo de Hilton Garden Inn. Las habitaciones son modernas, de tamaño razonable y están impecablemente limpias. Se suministran las disposiciones habituales y hay un par de enchufes con puntos de carga USB individuales. El personal fue amable, cortés y servicial durante toda nuestra estancia.En estos tiempos extraños, el hotel ha hecho un esfuerzo especial para que su estadía sea lo más segura posible. Ciertamente, no teníamos ninguna preocupación en esta área.No estoy seguro de cómo sería el hotel en los días de la carrera, pero en otras ocasiones lo recomendaríamos encarecidamente.

Great place to stay.We followed the Racecourse signs through the town (contrary to Google directions) and took care crossing the A18 into the hotel carpark.Note the charge for carparking.The hotel is a fine example of a Hilton Garden Inn.Rooms are modern, of reasonable size and spotlessly clean.The usual provisions are supplied and there are a couple of plugs with single USB charging points.Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful throughout our stay.In these strange times, special efforts have clearly been made by the hotel to make your stay as safe as possible.Certainly we had no concerns in this area at all.I'm not sure how the hotel would be on race days, but at other times we would thoroughly recommend it.

Well appointed hotel with quiet comfortable rooms. Excellent dining possibilities with friendly and helpful staff. Always a great stay here and with all COVID safe measures in place to make you relax and feel looked after. Lovely views over the racecourse and easy to get to.

Bonito hotel, edificio nuevo. Pero el personal parece estar encontrando su camino en un nuevo trabajo o abrumado por el trabajo y no está cumpliendo con las expectativas. Oferta de desayuno promedio. Menú de cena monótono en el restaurante. Algunas alfombras del piso de la habitación requieren una limpieza profunda o un cambio. El alfiler de salida del aparcamiento se coloca en un ángulo que es difícil de tocar desde el coche sin maniobrar mucho o salir.

Viajero de negocios. PreCovid en promedio se hospedaba aquí dos veces al mes o más. Reanudando mis viajes y notando que algunas cosas no han cambiado.Check in - amable y profesional Habitaciones, limpias y cómodas. Todo lo que necesita cuando viaja por negocios Servicio de bar y restaurante: amable y profesional.Comida: inconsistente. Absoluto acertar y fallar. Platos básicos (muy a menudo mal ejecutados) con precios de Londres. No hay opciones saludables decentes. Muy decepcionado porque la cocina está decepcionando a otros departamentos. Es mejor que te lleven una comida para llevar o que traigas tus propios sándwiches.

Procurei ficar em um bom lugar durante a noite para trabalhar. Sua localização era ideal para minhas necessidades e o custo era adequado. No entanto, como diabético há 50 anos, não esperava que uma refeição noturna colocasse meu nível de açúcar no sangue em órbita. Nunca precisei de tanta insulina como quando comia no Garden Inn. Quantidades boas e moderadas de comida para triplicar minhas necessidades de insulina e dobrar minha experiência habitual de comer fora de casa.

Busqué quedarme en un buen lugar durante la noche para trabajar. Su ubicación era ideal para mis necesidades y el costo era adecuado. Sin embargo, como diabético durante los últimos 50 años, no esperaba que una cena pusiera en órbita mi nivel de azúcar en sangre. Nunca había necesitado tanta insulina como cuando comía en el Garden Inn. Cantidades buenas y moderadas de alimentos que necesitan triplicar mis necesidades de insulina y duplicar mi experiencia habitual de comer fuera de casa.

Nice hotel, novo prédio. Mas a equipe parece estar encontrando seu caminho em um novo emprego ou sobrecarregada de trabalho e não atendendo às expectativas. Oferta média de café da manhã. Menu de jantar monótono no restaurante. O carpete de alguns quartos requer uma limpeza profunda ou troca. A almofada do pino de saída do estacionamento é colocada em um ângulo que é difícil de tocar do carro sem manobrar muito ou sair.

Retomando minhas viagens e percebendo que algumas coisas não mudaram.Check-in - amigável e profissional Quartos - limpos e confortáveis. Tudo que você precisa quando viaja a negócios Serviço de bar e restaurante - amigável e profissional.Alimentos - inconsistentes. Acerto e erro absoluto. Pratos básicos (muitas vezes mal executados) com preços de Londres. Sem opções saudáveis decentes. Muito decepcionado, pois a cozinha está decepcionando outros departamentos. É melhor você pedir uma entrega para viagem ou trazer seus próprios sanduíches.

I looked to stay in a good place overnight for work. Its location was ideal for my needs and the cost was adequate. However, as a diabetic for the past 50 years I was not expecting an evening meal to send my blood sugar level into orbit. I have never had to have so much insulin as I did when I ate at the Garden Inn. Good, moderate quantities of food needing to triple my insulin needs and double my usual eating out experience.

Business traveller. PreCovid on average stayed here twice a month or more. Resuming my travels and noticing that some things have not changed.Check in - friendly and professional Rooms - clean and comfortable. Everything you need when travelling for business Bar and restaurant service - friendly and professional.Food - inconsistent. Absolute hit and miss. Basic dishes (very often poorly executed) with London prices. No decent healthy options. Very disappointed as the kitchen is letting other departments down. You better off getting a takeaway delivered or bring your own sandwiches.

Nice hotel, new building. But staff seems to be finding their way around a new job or overwhelmed with work and not performing to the expectations. Average breakfast offer. Monotonous dinner menu in the restaurant. Some room floor carpet requires deep cleaning or changing. Car park exit pin pad is placed on an angle that is difficult to touch from car without maneuvering a lot or getting out.
