“Hotel amenities, location, aesthetic, and staff are top notch. Unfortunately upon arrival, I discovered the bathroom in my room had not been meticulously cleaned. This did not give me great confidence that the rest of my room was thoroughly cleaned, especially in the midst of a pandemic. The staff were quick to compensate me with some food items, but having walked into a dirty room really put a damper on my overall stay.Additionally, the showers in the bathrooms have very poor temperature control, particularly late in the night. My temperature setting sporadically swings from just right to scalding hot, which made it quite unpleasant. I did not expect this at a hotel of this caliber.”
