Stayed one night, great location close to The Alamo and river walk with extensive bars and restaurants.Comfy bed and pillows, great shower.No parking but they do have valet so all good. Se Hospedaram uma noite, ótima localização próximo ao Alamo e River Walk com extensos bares e restaurantes.Cama e travesseiros confortáveis, chuveiro ótimo. Sem estacionamento, mas eles têm manobrista, então tudo bem.

Great experience staying at this Fairfield. I believe it's fairly new. I stayed here only one night for a concert. Great staff and service,clean rooms and free breakfast and coffee served until 9:30am. I woukd definitely stay again. There is a cost for valet $30, as there isn't parking onsite, but much cheaper than most places I have stayed downtown. Grande experiência ficar neste Fairfield. Acredito que seja relativamente novo. Fiquei aqui apenas uma noite para um concerto. Excelente equipe e serviço, quartos limpos e café da manhã e café gratuitos servidos até as 9h30. Eu definitivamente ficaria novamente. Há um custo para manobrista $ 30, como não há estacionamento no local, mas muito mais barato do que a maioria dos lugares que fiquei no centro.

I highly recommend this place. Myself and my wife stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff were beyond nice. They upgraded our room to a king suite and the manager came up to our room and gave us a bottle of champagne and glasses with a card signed by all the staff of the hotel congratulating us. Wasn’t expecting it at all. Recommend setting some cash aside for valet in advance. Hotel is just a tad out dated but it was very clean and super hospitable. Eu recomendo este lugar. Eu e minha esposa ficamos aqui para nossa lua de mel e a equipe foi além de agradável. Eles mudaram nosso quarto para uma suíte king e o gerente veio até o nosso quarto e nos deu uma garrafa de champanhe e copos com um cartão assinado por todos os funcionários do hotel nos parabenizando. Não esperava de jeito nenhum. Recomende reservar algum dinheiro para manobrista com antecedência. Hotel é apenas um pouco datado, mas era muito limpo e super hospitaleiro.

Fantastic stay from beginning to end! The pool was clean, hot tub wonderful, the area wasn't crowded, the breakfast buffet was perfect, the staff were SO friendly! Manager Ronnie could not have been nicer: we had a Covid illness a couple months ago & she worked with us to reschedule our travel plans; such a terrific professional to deal with!Overall, we'd recommend this hotel to anyone! Clean rooms, comfy beds, great stay. We'll be back Estadia fantástica do início ao fim! Nice hotel onde tudo está a uma curta distância. É uma pena que eu tenha que pagar 90 dólares pelo estacionamento com manobrista e descubro pela manhã que o carro não estava trancado a noite toda. O portão ainda estava muito tarde naquela noite e smirgens também estava aberto por pelo menos 3 horas. Todo mundo poderia andar no terreno dessa maneira. Nós apenas o trancamos. Espero que o primeiro dia seja comoned

Recepción lenta..... Sin estacionamiento.... Valet parking obligatorio y caro.... No limpian las habitaciones..... Yo estuve 3 noches y ni una vez hicieron limpieza..... Hay un antro muy cerca y todas las noches es un ruidaso muy fuerte que no deja dormir...... No se recomienda usar este hotel

Hotel lobby looks clean and fresh. The front desk manager who checked me in the first day was kind and friendly. I had to stay for over 8 days for a business trip and booked the hotel late. Location was close to where I needed to commute to so walking to and from everyday was easy. Custodian ladies were kind. I only needed their services maybe 4 times throughout the week but were helpful when I only requested towels. For breakfast I only ate on the weekends but the variety was similar to normal business items. The main proteins varied from day to day and I liked that they left the leftover coffee until empty. I didn't use the pool but the week I stayed it was well below 35 degrees F on average but guests (my room was facing the pool) seemed to be able to enjoy the heated function and the jacuzzi. I left around 11am on check out day but was glad to see their check out time is noon. That extra hour of packing was helpful. I did get charged some nights for valet parking when I didn't have a vehicle at all and didn't speak with the valet attendant during my stay. The hotel was kind to resolve the misunderstanding and provide a refund. Overall, I'd stay again but just remember to check the receipts to resolve any misunderstandings before you leave. The adjoining hotel is also nice too. I've stayed at both and Fairfield was convenient to avoid the price gouging.

Habitaciones limpias y muy buena atención del personal. El desayuno es siempre el mismo... huevos revueltos, tocino, salchicha, cereal, plátanos... si aburre desayunar lo mismo muchos días, podrían variarlo un poco o tener más opciones. Excelente ubicación.

El hotel estaba muy bonito. Decorado bien. Pero en la noche estaba muy ruidoso porque cruzando la calle había un club con mucho ruido. Vi que dejaron unos tapones de oídos en el Buró, y después me Di cuenta porque. A las 3 de la mañana se oía la gritadera de gente. El desayuno estuvo muy delicioso.

Excelente hotel, llegué como a las 2am y la chica de recepción nos ayudó diciéndonos dónde estacionar el auto por 75c, además nos apoyo guiándonos acerca de dónde estaba todo y hasta teléfono de comida a domicilio a esa hora nos consiguió. Las habitaciones limpias, con todo lo indispensable. El desayuno no muy variado pero muy rico y de cortesía. La atención de todos en general muy buena, volvería.
