“El personal del hotel era muy agradable, servicial y amable. Ellos atendieron todo lo que les pregunta y quieren asegurarse de que se sienta apreciado como invitado y cliente. El hotel está limpio, pero necesita algunas reparaciones menores y un aspecto refrescante. Por ejemplo, el área de la piscina cubierta tenía varios sistemas de HVAC con fugas y gotas de agua en el piso en varios lugares. El personal había colocado cubos debajo de cada área para atrapar las fugas.Este hotel no representaba la imagen de lujo de un hotel DoubleTree Hilton como estoy acostumbrado, más como un hotel promedio de 2 o 3 estrellas. La comida estaba en la media, no demasiado impresionante y podría mejorarse aún más. En general, estuvo bien con mi estancia aquí, no me puedo quejar. Lo mejor fue que el personal era agradable y te hace sentir bienvenido.”
