1st the phone in the room would not call the front desk. Marijuana was being smoked in rooms, we could smell it as we walked down the halls. Adults bought a glass gallon whiskey bottle to the pool where where was families and kids, yelling profanities across the pool. Kids where running up and down the hallways until 12:30 am. The second night there was a room filled with teenage girls that partied until 2:00 am. When we checked in the desk person only checked us in for only one night when our reservation where for two nights. The next day our key card would not work so we went to the desk and the same man told me he had only punched us in for one night. That afternoon we had not had room service so we stopped at the desk to ask why and he said that we had to call in by 9:00 am to get room service. I said I was not aware of that and he told me with an attitude that he tells every guest that stays 2 nights. When I pointed out that he only checked us in for one night by mistake he got mad and told me that he had told me about the cleaning. Bad management here

If you want to be on the outskirts this is the perfect location. It’s close enough to shopping centers but far enough to stay away from traffic. The walls are thin and cars can be heard on the highway however, it isn’t anything too unpleasant. The only downfall of this hotel is there is no microwave or fridge in the room. Other than that the stay was perfect, the staff were nice and very helpful! The best part was the indoor pool and hot tub! The food was good (breakfast and lunch). I would definitely book this stay again!

Não ficou impressionado. Esperava um hotel de 4 estrelas desde que foi classificado como 4 estrelas. Muito escuro e desatualizado. Sem geladeira no quarto e toalhas e panos de lavagem limitados. Comidas e bebidas superfaturadas. Pagou US$ 17 por um copo do chardonnay da casa. Devo dizer que o barman foi o destaque da noite. Muito amigável e agradável.

no estaba impresionado. Esperaba un hotel de 4 estrellas ya que tenía una calificación de 4 estrellas. Muy oscuro y anticuado. No hay nevera en la habitación y toallas y toallitas limitadas. La comida y las bebidas son demasiado caras. Pagué $17 por una copa de chardonnay de la casa. Tengo que decir que el camarero fue lo más destacado de la noche. Muy amable y agradable.

Was not impressed. Was expecting a 4 star hotel since it was rated 4 stars. Very dark and outdated. No refrigerator in the room and limited towels and wash cloths. Food and drinks overpriced. Paid $17 for a glass of the house chardonnay. I do have to say that the bartender was the highlight of the night. Very friendly and nice.

A experiência geral não foi ruim, mas definitivamente não é o que eu esperava de um Hilton. O interior da piscina e jacuzzi foi apenas limpo no primeiro dia que chegamos lá, mas a área da piscina estava imundo. Sacos de maconha encontrados ao redor da piscina, embalagens de alimentos em todos os lugares, poderia dizer que o lado de fora não era mantido há algum tempo. Nenhum pequeno-almoço continental que é inesperado de um Hilton. Nosso chuveiro não drenava, sem fechaduras no banheiro e vaso sanitário entupido mesmo sem papel nele. A equipe foi agradável e disposta a acomodar, mas ainda não ficaria novamente.

En general, la experiencia no fue mala, pero definitivamente no fue lo que esperaba de un Hilton. El interior de la piscina y el jacuzzi se limpiaron el primer día que llegamos allí, pero el área de la piscina estaba sucia. Encontré bolsitas de hierba alrededor de la piscina, envoltorios de comida por todas partes, podría decir que el exterior no se mantuvo por un tiempo. No hay desayuno continental que es inesperado de un Hilton. Nuestra ducha no drenaba, no había cerraduras en el baño y el inodoro se obstruyó incluso sin papel. El personal era agradable y dispuesto a complacer, pero aún así no se quedaría de nuevo.

Overall experience wasn't bad but definitely not what I expected from a Hilton. The inside of the pool and jacuzzi was just cleaned the first day we got there but the pool area was filthy. Found weed baggies around the pool, food wrappers everywhere, could tell the outside wasn't maintained in a while. No continental breakfast which is unexpected from a Hilton. Our shower did not drain, no locks on the bathroom and toilet got clogged even with no paper in it. Staff was nice and willing to accommodate but still wouldn't stay again.

Ficamos aqui 5 vezes no ano passado. A equipe sempre foi simpática e acolhedora. A comida do restaurante é boa. Serviço excelente. No entanto, 3 de nossas estadias não eram tão quentes devido a vizinhos barulhentos. Mais recentemente, uma festa ao lado que ficou barulhenta às 23h. Após 2 chamadas e visitas de segurança, a festa não se desfez. Fizemos o check-out à meia-noite.

Nos hemos alojado aquí 5 veces en el último año. El personal siempre ha sido amable y acogedor. La comida en el restaurante es buena. Servicio excelente. Sin embargo, 3 de nuestras estadías no fueron tan calurosas debido a los vecinos ruidosos. Más recientemente, una fiesta al lado que se hizo ruidosa a las 11 pm. Después de 2 llamadas y visitas de seguridad, la fiesta no se disolvió. Salimos a medianoche.

We've stayed here 5 times in the past year.Staff has always been friendly and welcoming. Food in the restaraunt is good.Service excellent.However 3 of our stays weren't so hot due to noisy neighbors.Most recenly a partynext door that got loud at 11 pm.After 2 calls and visits by security, party did not break up.We checked out a midnight.

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no Doubletree, Marietta. A equipe foi muito simpática e saiu de lá para se certificar de que tínhamos tudo o que precisávamos para a nossa estadia curta. O restaurante no local foi ótimo, gerente/barman foi muito útil.

Amenidades muito elegantes e bonitas, embora a área da piscina estivesse fechada. O centro de negócios é atualizado e chique. As áreas de estar eram muitas e convidativas. Uma desvantagem é fazer o check-in por volta das 16h e o check-out às 11h. Por que a porta do banheiro está sem fechadura? Não vi um microondas ou geladeira.

Muy elegantes y hermosas comodidades a pesar de que el área de la piscina estaba cerrada. El centro de negocios está actualizado y elegante. Las áreas para sentarse eran muchas y acogedoras. Un inconveniente es registrarse alrededor de las 4 p.m. y la salida a las 11. ¿Por qué la puerta del baño no tiene cerradura? No vi microondas ni nevera.

We had a great experience at Doubletree, Marietta. The staff was very friendly and went out of there way to make sure we had everything we needed for our short stay. The on site restaurant was great, manager/bartender was very helpful.

Very stylish and beautiful amenities even though the pool area was closed. The business center is updated & chic.The sitting areas were many and inviting. One draw back is checking in about 4pm and the checkout at 11. Why is the bathroom door without a lock? I didn't see a microwave or fridge.

Eu realmente gostei da minha estadia aqui enquanto em Atlanta. O hotel era enorme e o serviço de manobrista foi excelente. Eu realmente gostei dos diferentes restaurantes e bares. Meu quarto era ótimo e eu realmente amei a vista. O único problema é que sou fumante e o acesso à área para fumantes era um inconveniente. Qualquer um poderia caminhar até esta área para fumantes do ponto cego e não parecia seguro. Além disso, uma vez que você saiu, você não poderia entrar de volta dessa maneira. Eu sinto como se você tivesse um quarto no qual deveria ser capaz de voltar. Fora isso, eu ficaria novamente.

Só passei por aqui porque eu tinha essa linda e incrivelmente incrível estadia em minha mente. A árvore dupla foi a estadia mais incrível que já tive em minha vida e com a mais bela hospitalidade que já vi no setor de atendimento ao cliente. Tudo estava perfeito para um t! O serviço divino em toda a volta, preciso dizer mais. Em todos os aspectos, nunca estive mais satisfeito na minha vida do que no tempo que passei aqui. A comida tem um sabor tão bom quanto este lugar me fez sentir por dentro, como se eu estivesse flutuando completamente. Minha estadia aqui foi um sonho completo, tudo graças a toda a equipe maravilhosa e ao Sr. Brown! Mal posso esperar para voltar e comer os melhores biscoitos que já comi na vida também, especialmente porque ainda posso prová-los a quilômetros e quilômetros de distância. Nem me faça começar. Eu nunca quis ir embora. Ainda triste, tive que fazer !!!

Realmente disfruté de mi estadía aquí mientras estuve en Atlanta. El hotel era enorme y el servicio de aparcacoches era excelente. Realmente disfruté de los diferentes restaurantes y bares. Mi habitación era estupenda y realmente me encantaron las vistas. El único problema es que soy fumador y el acceso a la zona de fumadores era un inconveniente. Cualquiera podía caminar hasta esta zona de fumadores de puntos ciegos y no se sentía seguro. Además, una vez que salía, no podía volver a entrar de esa manera. Siento que tienes una habitación en la que deberías poder volver a entrar. Aparte de eso, definitivamente me quedaría de nuevo.

Solo pasaba por aquí porque tenía esta hermosa e increíblemente increíble estadía en mi mente. El árbol doble fue la estadía más increíble que tuve en mi vida y con la hospitalidad más hermosa que he visto en la industria del servicio al cliente. ¡Todo fue perfecto para un t! El servicio divino en todos los sentidos necesita decir más. En todos los aspectos, nunca he estado más satisfecho en mi vida que el tiempo que pasé aquí. La comida sabe tan bien como este lugar me hizo sentir por dentro, como si estuviera flotando completamente sobre mis pies. Mi estadía aquí fue un sueño completo, ¡todo gracias a todo el maravilloso personal y al Sr. Brown! Estoy deseando volver y comerme las mejores galletas que he probado en mi vida, especialmente porque todavía puedo saborearlas a millas y millas de distancia. Ni siquiera me hagas empezar. Nunca quise irme. ¡¡¡Todavía triste tenía que hacerlo !!!

A very greedy establishment. Was told well in advance to booking that shuttle services would still be available. It wasn't until a week before our event that we were then told shuttles were not running. Rooms do not have a microwave or a fridge so we requested them both on our reservation and when we arrived. We were told we'd receive them in the morning, another party in our group was able to get theirs that day so it was possible. The following day they told us that they were charging coincidentally starting that day $100 a night, even though we had a request in prior to. The world cup series happened to fall on the same weekend as our annual event; the hotel then makes an announcement that the shuttle service will be running from 3pm-12 (or event was 24 hrs but we thought better than nothing). We tried requesting the shuttle for pick up only to be told "that service was only for the game but we could walk to the stadium to get picked up".Please keep in mind we stayed here before for the same weekend convention and the venue has always been in their pickup range. The rooms themselves were not even 4star worthy not sure how this hotel in general got it's rating. Oh almost forgot the last minute$500 "incidental fee"

Just dropping by because I had this beautiful and incredibly amazing stay on my mind. The double tree was the most amazing stay I ever had in my life and with the most beautiful hospitality I have ever seen within the customer service industry. Everything was perfect to a t! Divine service all the way around need I say more. In every aspect, I have never been more satisfied in my life than the time I spent here The food taste just as good as this place made me feel on the inside, as if I am completely floating off my feet. My stay here was a complete dream, all thanks to all the wonderful staff and Mr. Brown! Can’t wait to comeback and eat the best cookies I ever had in my life too, especially because I can still taste them miles and miles away. Don’t even get me started. I never wanted to leave. Still sad I had to!!!

I really enjoyed my stay here while in Atlanta. The hotel was huge and the valet service was excellent. I really enjoyed the different restaurants and bars. My room was great and I really loved the views. The only issue was is that I'm a smoker and access to the smoking area was an inconvenience. Anyone could walk up to this blind spot smoking area and it didn't feel safe. Also once you went out you couldn't enter back in that way. I feel as if you have a room you should be able to key yourself back in. Other than that I would definitely stay again.
