Bom hotel, mas um pouco suja as folhas foram manchadas cabelo no chuveiro e uso earbud no floor.but free wifi e complementares garrafas de água.o pior foi que o meu cartão para o quarto parou de funcionar e eu fui para a recepção para obter consertou e alguns trabalhadores que só estavam lá durante alguns dias começaram a rir mas no fim o gerente fizzed tudo.Também o café da manhã grátis e tem uma barra e uma bolsa de mão falsa pequena e loja de mala no átrio

Location, location, location,is not only what you'll find here. The staff went above and beyond the regular service and was almost always more than happy to help. It was my first time at this particular establishment and was pleasantly surprised. Prior to arrival the back office Ericka was very nice to meet all the requirements I kindly requested and on arrival was always following up. The front desk gentleman, who's name I cannot recall, Marcos?! was very nice as well. Not to mention the lounge staff Daniela was also very helpful, because I had a technical issue and she was able tosolve it for me.All in all very good experience, the only downside if I had to look for one would be the decor is a little outdated and there were no USB ports anywhere.

One great option in Chile. Location is nearby corporate offices, respectful and gentle staffing. Comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast with a lot of options.

For a four star hotel, it's really good value, located in the business district, had a great view, a gymnasium, a great selection of food for breakfast, and dinner was inexpensive, good food all round, the service was impeccable and the executive lounge for those who are in need a of good internet connection, this is the place you need to be. I just wished it had a pool.

For a four star hotel, it's really good value, located in the business district, had a great view, a gymnasium, a great selection of food for breakfast, and dinner was inexpensive, good food all round, the service was impeccable and the executive lounge for those who are in need a of good internet connection, this is the place you need to be. I had a great experience at the Doubletree, the staff was friendly, polite, professional and helpful. Additionally majority of them speak English. The room was clean and quiet. The view from the 13 floor looked amazing. I ran in a problem when I got there and realized the USA standard electric plug had was different but the staff quickly provided me an adapter and took it to my room. The bead was a little in the from side for my taste, but overall a great stay.

Buen hotel, pero un poco sucio, las sábanas estaban manchadas de pelo en la ducha y usamos un auricular en el piso. Pero wifi gratis y botellas de agua complementarias. Lo peor fue que mi tarjeta para la habitación dejó de funcionar y fui a la recepción Lo arreglaron y algunos trabajadores que estuvieron allí solo por unos días se echaron a reír, pero al final el gerente lo preparó todo. También desayuno gratis y tiene un bar y una pequeña bolsa de mano falsa y una maleta en el lobby.

Good hotel,but little bit dirty the sheets were stained hair in the shower and use earbud on the floor.but free wifi and complementary water bottles.the worst thing was that my card for the room stopped working and I went to the reception to get it fixed and some workers that were only there for a few days started to laugh but in the end the manager fizzed it all.also free breakfast and it has a bar and a small fake hand bag and suitcase store in the lobby
