“Went there to setup in one of their meeting rooms. Everything was very well organized and pristine! The parking area is clean and there are a lot of parking areas. There are a lot of meeting rooms as well. The complimentary snacks and drinks before entering the meeting room were fresh. Took a beautiful picture of the view through a smoking area balcony, you can see a garden with a waterfall. The employees were very nice and informative too. I had a great experience overall.”

“I'm still a resident at the hotel and I'm Not happy at all.
Since I arrived... First, no hot water, the safe not working, then hours of unbelievable disturbance from your maintaince, I come to my room not cleaned, asked for towels at LEAST and waited for 1.5 hours that I had to go down to reception and ask for them myself and STILL I didn't get any so I found a guy in the corridors and took towels from him. How is this a 5 star service?? I'm so disappointed.”
