Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 27th floor and the views were amazing! Such a beautiful facility and housekeeping did a great job keeping our suite clean. My only complaints would be the pool is a touch too cold and the restaurant selection leaves a lot to be desired. hospedado em uma suíte de 2 quartos no 27º andar e as vistas eram incríveis! The property is gorgeous and has everything a family needs for vacation. We visited the pool area that had slides for the kids and the lagoon was perfect to introduce the kids to snorkeling, paddle boarding and swimming without worrying about waves. There is restaurants with different types of foods that can accommodate any taste or craving. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony offered both a view of the city and also the beach and lagoon area. The firework show on Fridays was amazing and exciting for the kids. I will continue to visit the Hilton every time I visit Hawaii. A propriedade é linda e tem tudo o que uma família precisa para férias. Visitamos a área da piscina que tinha escorregadores para as crianças e a lagoa era perfeita para apresentar as crianças ao mergulho, paddle boarding e natação sem se preocupar com as ondas. The staff is so friendly!! You never feel like your are just a person they want to sell a time share to. The location is great staff is awesome!! The Bell Staff was the best they made our day with their daily warm welcome!

Just checked out after staying here for 7 days.It was great to have a full kitchen, two bathrooms and the room was huge a lot of wasted space with the huge hallway but it was a great stay.My most favorite thing was having a washer and dryer.I used it at least once a day.It was so great being able to wash our beach towels at the end of everyday.Not a ton of cooking utensils… definitely couldn’t cook a 5 course meal but enough to get by for small jobs.The Hilton Hawaiian village is absolutely massive was packed with people and cars. Parking is absolutely atrocious at $57 a day but nice location for in and out.The pool nearest us with the water slide was cool but once we ventured farther we found the big pool right off Waikiki beach.. that was the spot.They had tables next to the pool with servers.Good drinks and good poolside food, reasonably priced.If you are here on Friday night you have to make your way there once the sun goes down for fantastic fireworks. Overall great stay! Acabei de fazer o check-out depois de ficar aqui por 7 dias. Foi ótimo ter uma cozinha completa, dois banheiros e o quarto era enorme, muito espaço desperdiçado com o enorme corredor, mas foi uma ótima estadia. Minha coisa favorita era ter uma lavadora e secadora. Usei pelo menos uma vez por dia. Foi tão bom poder lavar nossas toalhas de praia no final do dia. Não é uma tonelada de utensílios de cozinha ... definitivamente não poderia cozinhar uma refeição de 5 pratos, mas o suficiente para pequenos trabalhos. A vila havaiana do Hilton é absolutamente enorme, cheia de pessoas e carros. O estacionamento é absolutamente atroz em US$ 57 por dia, mas ótima localização para entrar e sair. A piscina mais próxima de nós com o toboágua era legal, mas uma vez que nos aventuramos mais longe, encontramos a grande piscina à direita da praia de Waikiki. Eles tinham mesas ao lado da piscina com servidores. Boas bebidas e boa comida à beira da piscina, com preços razoáveis. This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed.I enjoyed my stay. I've stayed in the village before so I was familiar with the area. Although checking in was a little slow, the concierge was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful week stay at the Grand Waikikian. The check in and check out was quick and efficient. The rooms are nice and are equipped with a kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. The customer service was excellent from the valet to the front desk. The pools are nice but you do have to go early to get chairs they fill up quickly. The resort is big it takes awhile to get use to where everything is. The tapas bar has live music and the bands are great. It is crowded but we never had issues getting an elevator to our room. We are looking forward to coming back here again. Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa de uma semana no Grand Waikikian. O check in e check out foi rápido e eficiente. Os quartos são agradáveis e estão equipados com cozinha e máquina de lavar/secar na unidade. O atendimento ao cliente foi excelente, desde o manobrista até a recepção. As piscinas são boas, mas você tem que ir cedo para pegar cadeiras que enchem rapidamente. O resort é grande, demora um pouco para se acostumar com tudo. O bar de tapas tem música ao vivo e as bandas são ótimas. Está lotado, mas nunca tivemos problemas para obter um elevador para o nosso quarto. Estamos ansiosos para voltar aqui novamente.

I stayed at the Waikikian and it is pretty nice. The pools do get a bit crowded so dogo early so you can save yourself some seats. The Hilton village is isolated from the heart of waikiki so if you don't have a car be prepared to walk a bit. There are lot of shops and restaurants in the area but other than that there is not much sightseeing. The rooms we stayed in has a full kitchen with utensils if you plan on cooking. The rooms have ac and a decent sized balcony. The bathrooms are huge and the master room has a bidet. Oh and there is a Starbucks but be prepared to wait in line for about 20-30 minutes as service is slow. Overall we had a good time and enjoyed our stay. Eu fiquei no Waikikian e é muito bom. As piscinas ficam um pouco cheias, então vá cedo para que você possa economizar alguns lugares. A vila Hilton é isolada do coração de Waikiki, então se você não tiver um carro esteja preparado para caminhar um pouco. Há muitas lojas e restaurantes na área, mas fora isso não há muito turismo. Os quartos em que ficamos tem uma cozinha completa com utensílios se você planeja cozinhar. Os quartos têm ar condicionado e uma varanda de tamanho decente. Las habitaciones son agradables y están equipadas con una cocina y una lavadora/secadora en la unidad. El servicio al cliente fue excelente desde el aparcacoches hasta la recepción. We recently went on a vacation her and we had a great time. The accommodations were excellent for families. The room was clean to the highest standards, which is important to during these times of COVID. The pool was so beautiful and the lagoon was so much fun for the kids and adults. I tried to catch the little fish in the lagoon. We had a great time and the shopping stores are so cute around the area. Recentemente, saímos de férias com ela e nos divertimos muito. Nice, spacious modern apartment-style suites with four kitchens and washer/dryer. Access to all the amenities in the Hilton Hawaiian Village, including the multiple pools. Check-in can be a total cluster - they need to work on making this more efficient, although all the staff are no doubt trying their best. Elevators are horrendously slow. Parking is a bit of a rip-off too, but otherwise the place is good and obviously very conveniently located.

Eu trouxe meus filhos para Waikiki pela primeira vez. A propriedade é bem grande e é por isso que eles a chamaram de Hilton Hawaiian Village. Há um monte de restaurantes. Existem 4 piscinas e uma lagoa com peixes. A equipe foi muito simpática. O quarto em que ficamos tem uma vista para o mar que eram espetaculares. Membros da equipe maravilhosos; Os funcionários são muito acessíveis, rápidos e atenciosos. Llevé a mis hijos a Waikiki por primera vez. La propiedad es bastante grande y por eso la llamaron Hilton Hawaiian Village. Hay un montón de restaurantes. Hay 4 piscinas y una laguna con peces. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación en la que nos alojamos tiene una vista al mar que era espectacular. Nos alojamos en muchos hoteles Hilton antes y sus servicios siempre son insuperables. Tuvimos un tiempo maravilloso y mi familia realmente disfrutó nuestro tiempo aquí en el Aldea hawaiana de Hilton.

We stayed here for 4 nights during my kids spring break and it's was awesome. Lot's of activities you can do within the area if you don't feel like driving around. Restaurants around the vicinity good enough to choose from. The only thing that needs to be improve is their check in process. It took us almost an 1 1/2 hour just get our room. They dont provide enough staff to accommodate the incoming guest. Parking is another issue.

Wonderful staff members; The staff are very approachable, quick and caring. The kitchen we had in our room was wonderful to use and all our appliances worked from the laundry machines to the dishwasher and the microwave. The bathroom was great and the bathtub was appealing. The beds were very comfortable, and the view from the balcony looking out into the street was an unexpected gift. There are no lights in the balcony but you'll figure it out—we most certainly did.

I brought my children to Waikiki for the first time. The property is pretty big and that is why they called it the Hilton Hawaiian Village. There are a lot of restaurants. There are 4 pools and a lagoon with fishes. The staff were really friendly. The room we stayed in has an ocean view which were spectacular. We stayed at a lot of Hilton's hotels before and their services are always second to none. We had a wonderful time and my family really enjoyed our time here at the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Hotel é lindo. O quarto com vista para o mar (na torre Grand Waikikian) não fica bem no mar, você tem uma vista realmente decente do mar, mas não é realmente de frente para o mar. Alguns outros edifícios/torres estão obstruindo parcialmente a vista.O estacionamento custa $55 por noite.O complexo Hilton é enorme e pode levar algum tempo para descobrir.

Hotel is beautiful. The ocean view room (in the Grand Waikikian tower) is not right at the ocean, you do get a really decent view of the ocean but it's not really ocean front. Some other buildings/towers are partially obstructing the view.Parking is $55 per night.The Hilton complex is huge and it may take some time figuring it out.

No geral, nossa estadia foi agradável. No entanto, gostaria que as camas fossem mais confortáveis. O sofá-cama não era confortável o suficiente para dormir. Isso foi MUITO lamentável. A banheira de hidromassagem não estava funcionando neste momento. A bateria da fechadura da porta morreu durante a nossa estadia. 2 dos 4 elevadores não estavam funcionando, então demoraria muito mais para descer ou subir o prédio.

Wow, new years eve at an awesome resort.It was very busy as expected, but staff handled everything well and it made all of us customers more feel relaxed for checkin.Everything super clean and felt covid protocol safe everywhere.Had not been back in a couple of years, but it felt like we never left.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. However, I wished the beds were more comfortable.The pullout couch was not comfortable enough to sleep.That was VERY unfortunate.The hot tub was not operating at this time. The battery of the door lock died during our stay.2 our of the 4 elevators were not operating so it would take much longer to go down or up the building.

I have someone mixed reviews of this place. The location is great, and our room was very nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and our two bedroom, two bathroom suite was a big enough place for us to stay with our 4 children, which is not easy to find. We love staying in the Hilton Hawaiian village area and have done so four times, so we are definitely fans. However, the dryer took over two hours to dry even a small load of clothes, the dishwasher was pretty disgusting with hard water stains on the inside, and probably the most disappointing thing to us is that the pools close at 7!!! So we would get back from a full day of snorkeling, hiking and sightseeing and want to relax after dinner, and there was no way for us to even go sit in a hot tub! Pretty ridiculous when you consider what we pay as HGVC members. They should be able to keep them open until at least 9 or 10 like any other resort or hotel we’ve ever stayed at! I also saw a large rat run by while I was sitting in the hot tub one day and then my teenage daughter saw it swimming in the pool! Needless to say, we were freaked out and went back to our room!

First I want to make it clear, I'm not an owner if this timeshare (they don't want to call it timeshare but it's timeshare... used car, preowned... same thing). I was just a guest for 6 night to attend their sales pitch. Therefore, I may miss some of the benefits from staying here. They try to present to you this is a luxury way to vacation. Well, some are more luxury, some are less, compare to hotels. Here is the luxury parts. The unit we stays was a two bedrooms unit with living area and small kitchen and dining area. The unit does look luxury, 5 star hotel kind of luxury. The master bedroom has a separate shower and bathtub (no jets). The toilet has a fancy bidet. The size of the room is not big but not too small for a king size bed. The other bedroom doesn't have its own bath but has a queen size bed and a balcony. The living area has a queen size sofa bed. Another balcony here. This one faces the beach but mostly blocked by another building. The kitchen and the breakfast area is small but equipped for 4 people (even though they said can sleep 6). There is the not so luxury part. The decor is not current, it's dated like in the 90's. The bedroom's closet/wardrobes made of expensive solid wood but not able to close properly. Each unit comes with washer and dryer but dryer can take hours to dry. Kitchen is equipped with bad shape pots and pans. I can't even fry eggs without sticking all over the pan. The disk washer looked terribly with hard water buildup. But the most disappointed is they didn't provide daily maid service. We had to take out the trash ourselves. They did provide "partially" maid service one time during our stay. That only include exchanging towels and making beds. No cleaning and vacuuming floor whatsoever. On top of that, they didn't provide any cleaning tools such broom or vacuum for us to do it ourselves. Our room was pretty dirty near the end of our staying because we can't clean it. I would rather staying at Hilton's Embassy Suite where they have free made-to-order breakfast, Evening Reception with complimentary drinks and snacks, and off of course, daily maid service with full cleaning.

We always love staying at the Grand Waikikian! We have stayed at all of the Hilton towers on this property but I have to say the Grand Waikikian is our favorite! Clean, spacious, well appointed rooms. Especially love the bathtub, very luxurious!! My other favorite are the pillows. Would love to know how to buy exact same pillows for my home. Are they down, down and fill or down alternative and are they hard or soft? It was like sleeping in Heaven!!

Wow ,what an amazing hotel. Perfectly situated in central Waikiki the Grand Waikikian offers everything you could want in a fully contained apartment. Modern and quiet you have everything you could need for an amazing vacation. The hotel grounds are beautiful with a brilliant pool . The Hilton village has access to great restaurants, several pools and a lagoon. The best part is the beach. Absolutely magical ! A brilliant hotel - we are already planning our next holiday.The only downer is ( not surprising ) is water sports are really expensive. Spa is great !

Nice resort, but parking a real issue

Parking is a real issue. $57/night to use public parking lot, $67/night to valet. Be forewarned if you rent a car that the charges are a real ripoff. The rooms are nice, HGV members get a city view...
