If you left glasses by the bed, they put a glass wipe there. If you use face towels only by the right bowl, you’ll find there’s two more face towels put just near the right bowl...Those kind of tiny happiness happens every single day.

“Cheap toilet paper. Phone did not work. Check in was kind of insulting. Wanted to make sure my wife was there because she made the reservation. Room was supposed to $800 for two nights. It was $1000. Charged me $100 up front for incidentals even though they credit card on file. BS! Supposed to have a nice view. Didn’t get it. For that kind of money, things need to be first class. Towels were fine. TV was nice and big. Parking valet was very helpful. Hotel is very pretty.”
