Pas digne d’un quatre étoiles, je ne recommande pas! Sejour à Paris en famillepour faire decouvrir la capitale aux parents, on leurs a pris une nuit dans cet hotel croyant qu’un quatre etoiles serait a la hauteur de nos attentes, en arrivant dans la chambre ( 20h) nous n’avons pas de tv, elle ne fonctionne pas malgrè nos essais. J’appelle donc la reception pour qu il regle le souci, la reponse de la personne à l’accueil : « je ne vais rien pouvoir faire malheureusement » comment ça ? Je paie ma chambre avec le confort et les accessoires qui vont avec dont la tv et je dois faire sans?! J’ai donc insisté plusieurs fois pour qu il trouve une solution ( changement de chambre) et il me dit qu il me tiens informé. Au bout de 15 mins toujours rien! Je decide donc de descendre pour voir, j’ai dû réclamé et ralé pour qu il change mes parents de place! Entre mon appel a la reception et le changement de chambre , ils ont bien attendu 20 mins! Je trouve ça incroyable pour un quatre ètoile de devoir hausser le ton pour obtenir quelque chose de correct pour lequel j’ai payé! Personnel non professionnel et désagréable!

Quarto minúsculo, mais parece um Wc com uma cama. Open space entre o que chamam de quarto e a wc. Janela junto à sanita, com vista para uma parede ! Se deixasse a porta do chuveiro aberta molhava a cama ! Não tinha secador de cabelo! Empregados mal falam inglês, Ginásio é um quarto com 3 equipamentos. Uma experiência Péssima.

No geral é fraco, mas falta simpatia à maioria dos funcionários. Fica explícito no website que falam diversas linguas, contudo apenas uma das pessoas falava duas linguas, o inglês, de resto so falavam francês e nem se esforçavam. O quarto é agradável, mas um pouco pequeno. Televisão com telecomando que não funcionava. Porta da casa de banho do quarto chiava sempre que se abria ou fechava, acordando certamente os vizinhos à noite. Sempre que os hóspedes dos andares de cima corriam o autoclismo parecia que estava a haver uma derrocada no predio ao lado. Pequeno-almoço igual todos os dias e sem grande variedade.

We couldn't control the AC from our room, there's a thermostat on the wall just as a decoration. Instead, we had to call the reception everytime the room got too hot or too cold.
The breakfast was lackluster, the room was tiny for what we paid (170€/night).

Pros: Friendly and Helpful Front Desk 24/7 also felt easy to communicate in English. Close to metro and other public transportation. Close to Le Marais. Great lobby with 1€ espresso.Cons: Yes rooms were small, but so all hotels in the city. Window facing other windows. Kinda depressing vibe .Tips: There’s ice in the lobby you just have to ask and maybe refill yourself your bottle before you leave to walk the city. It gets really hot in summer. Also can get cold at night don’t forget to check weather .

The smallest rooms I've ever encountered in Paris! Cannot even open a small roll on bag! The room was also dirty and with fixtures needing to be redone. Location is so so but there is a metro very near to take you to more interesting places. There is no tea kettle in the room or a fridge. I would not waste money here.

Very displeased with my experience with 9 Hotel.I booked a room about three weeks in advance for one of the hotel's larger, 'executive suites'. Upon arrival at check in, I was informed that my 'executive suite' was not available due to the hotel's overbooking and therefore I would have to take a smaller room. However, I was assured I would have the larger room for my second (and final) night at the hotel.Fast forward to the second day. I am downstairs and I inquire with the staff how I go about switching rooms. The staff informs me that the room is actually not available because they gave it to someone else. I ask how that happened (given they knew I was to move into the room) and they responded it was because I hadn't come down early enough to ask for the room that they already knew I was expecting.It all made absolutely zero sense. Plus they made zero effort to contact me at any point in time either before check in or even on the second day (prior to supposedly releasing the room to another person).Overall terrible customer experience that ruined what was to be a nice romantic time in Paris.
