“This Dubai icon is the ultimate holiday destination for both couples and families to make lifetime memories. From thrill-seekers to foodies, sun lovers to explorers, there is an unforgettable experience for everyone.
The Restaurants, beach and the water park were great, Room Cleaning Staff was good.
The staff, the room, the cleanliness, the service, overall the hotel.. I've enjoyed and loved literally every minute during my stay in the hotel. “True to its name and fame. Extraordinary unique. Waterpark and aquarium make it cost effective too.Grand. Awesome. Words are short to describe the amazing views.
But last moment at the time of checkout,had to wait for an hour for the bell to pick luggage. According to the crowds need to have more manpower may be.
But alertness of the staff to ensure all guests are wearing masks is worth mentioning. No where else in Dubai there were so much alertness for masks.
