“I stayed here for a conference. The hotel is very impressive and has a great elevator system, to accommodate its huge height. The rooms were very spacious with their own sofa and the bathrooms offered large showering and bathing areas. Are used to room service on one occasion and found it to be very good efficient and quality of food was average. My only negative point is that it is at least one hours walk into downtown Chicago so most people will need to use a taxi., Although the walk across the Lakeside promenade was beautiful and certainly worth doing at least on one occasion. The area around the hotel felt safe and there are also some great areas to explore local to the hotel.”

“Great location to McCormick and Arena. A few eating places within walking distance. Rooms and views are gorgeous and relaxing. I loved the bathrooms and you don't hear a lot of noise on the floors. Restaurant is good. If you don't know area, there is additional selections of food within the hotel. Bar served good drinks.”
