“Absolutely loved it here. We picked the hotel on a whim, and drove up. Got an excellent room with views of both falls, with almost no wait. The staff was helpful and friendly, very quick. The room was spotless and exactly as described, king bed, hot tub, and the view... The view was incredible! We ordered room service minutes before the kitchen closed, with no complaints and cheerful voices. Delivery was quick and friendly and the food was great. Breakfast the next morning at the hotel restaurant was wonderful, again the view was stunning. It's not cheap, I'm sure we could have gotten better prices if we had looked around, but I doubt we could have gotten a better experience.”

“Was super happy with our time here. Enjoyed only 1 night stay but everything was a breeze, parking was easy and the tunnels are amazing with the chilly weather. Great place to stay, clean room with a jacuzzi & great price! Got the room with the “city view” and it was gorgeous! View of the falls and the casino lights! Coming here again for sure.. not one complaint. (The reviews almost had me booking another hotel but I’m so glad we stayed here- so take these reviews with a grain of salt, when you go to Niagara expect to spend money)”
