“The staff was decent, they didn't tell us where the room was and it was on the other side of the building so there was a lot of unnecessary walking. Rooms were fantastic, they felt clean, modern and very good. Location could have been better, as this place is tucked away but it was walking distance from a Mexican restaurant so not so bad.”

“Let's start on a positive note. It has a fantastic pool and lounge area of which I used neither. The fitness room is important to me and has issues that need to be addressed. When I let the front desk know about the cooling system, I was told that it has been down for a while.
My office books my accommodations so when I checked in and found myself in a handicap accessible room, I tried to change it and was told that I couldn't because it was booked through a third party. I'm not handicap and didn't want to take it away from someone who truly needed it.
The room, 113, was dimly lit but did have a roll in shower for someone who is wheelchair bound. I have stayed at this property before and had a better experience but it seems as though it has taken a step back.”
