“Management was awesome ! But the staff could use more customer service training. No microwaves in the hotel unless you have a time share. Didn't no I had to call housekeeping if I needed new towels or to have the room clean. Pool and gym only open from 9am -6pm
The hallways smelled of weed. The folks in the above US were fighting. Had to call security several times. Only one restaurant open in the hotel. The monorail was not running. But the website said it was. Only one restaurant open in the food court. The hotel is several miles away from the strip. The hotel shuttle ran every two hours. The only greeting received was by the people trying to sale us a time share. Overall the hotel was a grade C-”
