Foi ótimo! Eu fui lá com a minha melhor amiga no aniversário dela e nós amamos !! A área da piscina foi ótimo! E as pessoas da recepção foram incríveis !!! O cenário era incrível! Amamos lá, recomendo totalmente !! Eu iria lá novamente para !!

Nós apreciamos a nossa estadia. Vista da varanda era espetacular !! É bom ter uma marina a uma curta distância. Um micro-ondas no quarto seria bom. O spa e a academia estão fechados devido ao COVID.

We enjoyed our stay. View from balcony was spectacular!! Nice to have a marina within walking distance.A microwave in the room would be nice. Spa and gym is closed due to COVID.

It was great! I went there with my best friend for her birthday and we loved it!! The pool area was great! And the people at the front desk were amazing!!! The scenery was amazing! Loved it there, totally recommend!! I would go there again to!!

My friends and I went for 2days(minimum stay) in Aug 2019The stay was OK. The room was just a regular room nothing fancy enough for $600 for just two nights. Especially after coming from a nicer resort for half the price. The only nice thing about this place is the pool, pool bar, And the Lake view. Other than that, it’s absolutely not worth the money spent! I would never come again. not because it was not pleasant but just because it was EXTREMELY overpriced. The food portions weren’t big but the burger at the pool bar tasted great!

O resort não deve estar em seu nomeSe você quiser ficar perto do lago ou da marina, eu recomendaria este hotel, o serviço é OK Eu tomaria café da manhã e almoçaria fora do hotel, você quer ter sua própria atividade fora do hotel, usamos o hotel apenas para ficar perto do lago .

Resort should not be in their nameIf you wanna stay Close to the lake or the marina I would recommend this hotel , Service is OK I would eat breakfast and lunch outside the hotel , you wanna have your own activity outside the hotel , we used the hotel just to stay near the lake.

Stayed for 3 nights over the weekend with the family. It’s a beautiful property, and it is very impressive that most places within the hotel face the lake. The pool area is very nicely done and has a good separation between the kids and adults area. That being said, the property is fairly dated and the rooms can really use an upgrade. Also, I understand that there are limited service during COVID, but the room was not properly cleaned upon check in. Finally, the service was a hit or a miss. Hope they can make some improvements.

It was an ok resort. As far as resorts go, we have stayed at many. We called guest services and it rang, literally, forever. At least 40 times and no one answered. The pool is not hid enough for all the guests in the hotel. We walked around the whole pool and were not able to find a place put our stuff down. This is sad considering the price of the resort per night. The lake was wonderful. Spending the day at the mariner was great. Sadly the resort was not.

Agree with other posts. I wouldn’t rate this a 4 or 5 star. It is not as clean as it should be in the hotel rooms, pool or even the Travis restaurant. Our newly entered room has some sand rocks near the closet. The bathroom is certainly dated. The doors to the rooms have grease streaks and damages. The table we had at TR restaurant looked dirty and worn. The servers gloves looked dirty and old as if he used the same pair of gloves his entire shift. Seems unsanitary given Covid19. If his gloves have food or grease, they should be switched for new ones. The three pools this place boasts about is really one pool with three levels , a small kid friendly pool, and a small family friendly pool. I would say this is more like a slightly glorified Holiday Inn except Holiday Inn is cleaner.

Este lugar costumava ser incrível! Agora. Não muito. Tudo precisa de uma atualização. Os preços realmente aumentaram desde que começamos a ir, e definitivamente não valem a pena. Se você está reduzindo as comodidades e os horários em que pode usá-las, não deve cobrar preços exorbitantes por um resort de baixa qualidade. Nosso quarto com vista para o lago estava bloqueado por uma árvore. 😒As piscinas para adultos e a banheira de hidromassagem precisam de limpeza. Parece nojento e, com tudo o que está acontecendo, você pensaria que não teria que dizer isso a eles. Os quartos não estão sendo reparados no momento, o que eu entendo ... mas você pode oferecer toalhas limpas e pegar todo o lixo que as pessoas deixam do lado de fora dos quartos? O que me leva à minha próxima preocupação. Baratas !!!! Encontrei duas baratas rastejando nas gavetas. Não Senhora. Não voltarei.

This place used to be awesome! Now. Not so much. Everything needs an upgrade. The prices have actually increased since we started going, and definitely not worth it. If you’re cutting back on the amenities andthe times you can use them, you shouldn’t be charging outrageous prices for asubstandardresort. Our lake view room was blocked by a tree. 😒The adult swimming pools and hot tub needs cleaning. It looks disgusting, and with everything going on you would think you wouldn’t have to tell them that. The rooms aren’t being serviced right now, which I understand...but can you offer clean towels, and come pick up all the trash that people leave outside the rooms? Which leads me to my next concern. Roaches!!!! I found two roaches crawling around in the drawers. No ma’am. Will not be returning.

We stayed at Lakeway Resort and Spa in their Pure Room Suite with a Balcony and it was the most delightful. The room was so fresh and clean. I woke up the first morning breathing so easily. The staff is so nice. The views overlooking the lake are stunning. I would def stay here again. I highly recommend it.
