This resort is located on Maui's beautiful sandy Wailea Beach, voted one of the best beaches in America. The centre of Kihei is only a 10-minute walk away and it is 30 minutes' walk to Kahului.Renovated in 2008, this family-friendly beach resort is set in 16 meticulously landscaped hectares and comprises a total of 780 rooms. In addition to its beautiful location, it also offers guests an array of Hawaiian activities. Guests can indulge in Spa Grande, and spend a day at the pools, or make plans for golf, tennis, snorkelling or visiting Maui's many beautiful sights. There 4 bars and lounges with live music and entertainment on site. Further facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, lift access, a café, a hairdressing salon, 8 restaurants and Internet access. Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services and there is parking for those arriving by car. The younger guests will enjoy the kids' club and the children's playground. Valet Parking is 30.00 plus tax per car per night, and self parking is complimentary.

“This was our 50th wedding anniversary trip and it could not have been better. The facilities were first rate with stunning landscaping and floral arrangements. Wide variety of very well prepared and delivered food. The staff was second to none - professional and absolutely dedicated to making your stay first rate. Kudos to them. We will be back.”

“There are some real pros and cons of this place. Pros: great location, amazing pool, great beach, great luau, great housekeeping.
Cons: parts of it definitely need an upgrade and we dealt with a few different rude staff members. Right as we checked in, she let us know that we booked the room incorrectly so we did not have a connecting door between us and our small children. The Hotel website has no way to indicate this and she acted irritated with us for having to deal with it. Also, their great spa is completely under renovation so you’re paying the same amount with absolutely no amenities. Last, there’s no shuttle service to other places in Wailea from the hotel. Every other hotel we stayed at in that area provides this. The valet told us she could not help us because the drivers needed to drive the owners of the hotel around. Definitely made us feel much less important than them. When I reported this to management, I was told I would get a contact back and never did. Very disappointing.”
