“Overall I really like this hotel. I chose to return after initially staying at the hotel in April 2017. My only disappointment in two stays at this hotel was on this visit when poor communication from the hotel led to us not being able to shower prior to a long travel day home on 7/6/17. We woke up at 4:30 am to shower prior to an early departure flight to find that our water was shut off in the night. We were never told the water would be turned off and yet the fountain outside our window had water flowing.....we were brought two bottled waters to "wash" with. Not a great way to end a stay. Location, hotel itself Lack of communication regarding the water being turned off in the middle of the night. I believe our air stopped working as well due to this. ”

“This resort was very nice for the 5 nights we stayed. We had a great check in and the room was clean. The grounds were well kept. It's a beautiful garden full of lights, plants and cactus right out the doors of the lobby. I read reviews about how the grounds were unkept and I witnessed what they were talking about, BUT leaves fall from trees. It's a weird circumstance how it happens but I witnessed plenty of grounds crews cleaning every day. The pool was well kept and we got to experience the pool bar when the weather permitted. We utilized the sports courts and ventured to the secondary pool where the hot tub was. My wife loved having a Starbucks on site. The breakfast buffet was amazing, though we didn't eat any dinner meals there. Rey was an amazing bartender and I appreciated all his hard work. We utilized the shuttle that would give us rides under 2 miles. The only downside I could think of, is that there are a ton of conference rooms so the resort is more of a business gathering place than a vacation resort. But with that being said it is up to you to make the best of this resort. Este resort foi muito bom para as 5 noites que ficamos. Tivemos um ótimo check-in e o quarto estava limpo. Eu li comentários sobre como os jardins eram descuidados e testemunhei o que eles estavam falando, MAS as folhas caem das árvores. É uma circunstância estranha como isso acontece, mas eu testemunhei muitas equipes de limpeza limpando todos os dias. A piscina estava bem conservada e conseguimos experimentar o bar da piscina quando o tempo permitia. Utilizamos as quadras de esportes e nos aventuramos até a piscina secundária onde ficava a banheira de hidromassagem. Minha esposa adorou ter um Starbucks no local. O buffet de café-da-manhã foi incrível, embora não comemos nenhuma refeição de jantar lá. Rey era um barman incrível e eu apreciei todo o seu trabalho duro. Utilizamos o ônibus que nos daria passeios com menos de 2 milhas. A única desvantagem que eu poderia pensar é que há uma tonelada de salas de conferências, então o resort é mais um local de encontro de negócios do que um resort de férias. Mas com isso dito, cabe a você fazer o melhor deste resort.”
