“Elegant, quality service, patient and helpful staff. I spent 2 years in a private suite upthere. The hotel offers an interesting deal: a 25 dollars extra for a one-day visitor, including dinner at the fancy roof restaurant.
All in all I really enjoyed my stay there.

“Very nice Hotel that is really caring for customers.
Got a free Upgrade and late checkout. Spotless clean and large rooms and very friendly staff. The breakfast is the only thing that not convinced us fully. The staff was not as friendly at breakfast and we told the hotel in advance that my wife is gluten intolerant but the only gluten free option apart from rice was dry yuca bread which was not available all the time.
A Hotel of that class can do better with special diatary needs.
But overall this is complaining on a very High Level.”
