“I don’t know what is going on but ever since covid Hilton has gone from good to horrible! Now if you’re a diamond member you don’t get free breakfast but a $10 credit for a breakfast buffet that’s is worse than the free one at Hampton Inn which is another hotel brand from Hilton!
Treatment was horrible! No water in the room even though they have K-cups for coffee! I guess I have to make coffee with the water from bathroom sink 😒 and when I asked the housekeeper who was in our hallway she sent me down stairs because according to her she didn’t have any water yet I saw a bunch of it in her kart usually at check in there’s water in the room for you to use to make coffee but not anymore or maybe just for certain ppl.
Horrible bed! Uncomfortable! makes noises! Old mattress!
No communication available over app or even when you call!! No one answers the phone!! I had to use my cell phone to call the hotel directly!!! The breakfast was horrible, cold food, and dry no service to the table so I settle for toast, fruit and a cup of coffee.
At checkout I was rudely told to drop the key to check out.. in other words I had to we don’t care that you are waiting to speak to us!! I was actually wanting to speak to them about stay! Nothing like how was your stay or is there anything else I can do for you like other customers!

“Had read some reviews everything seemed okay. The pictures looks super nice. Everything was fine the front desk workers were super friendly. But when I got to the room it was so dark there was not ceiling lights only lamps, the beds were super uncomfortable I’m not sure how old the bed are but they should change them up they make so much noise just by sitting on them. I paid for breakfast for the 2 days it was pretty good. But honestly I wouldn’t stay here again.”
