“We stayed for 1 night prior to our baby shower afternoon tea the next day, we chose to stay in an executive suite. The room was huge with a good sized desk and comfy bed the views of the Tyne were outstanding. Breakfast next day was delicious also. I have to say every single member of staff we spoke to were so friendly from Stephanie and Emily who arranged the afternoon tea baby shower, Abby who was on Reception, Sam and his team who were co ordinating everything and helping us out. The lady who was due to clean our room even asked if we needed assistance taking anything downstairs just everyone was really kind and helpful.”

“Our first time in Newcastle, this was for my 50th birthday my partner had book. Hotel was easy to find and great on site parking. On entering the hotel we were warmly greeted by the desk staff. We were checked in and in our room with in minutes. The room was very spacious and clean with a view of the Tyne river. We didn’t eat in the hotel as we were already booked into a restaurant. But we did have a fabulous breakfast the next morning. On checking out we had the parking to pay for, the check in staff had heard it was my birthday so very kindly gave us free parking which I though was a lovely touch from a caring hotel and staff. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to family and friends.”
