“Apesar da boa qualidade dos quartos, o atendimento do staff do hotel é muito fraco, um hotel dessa qualidade - e com esse preço por noite - deveria ter um nível de atendimento acima de qualquer expectativa. Não tiveram - mais de uma vez - capacidade de chamar um taxi, onde uma das atendentes do CONCIERGE disse que seria melhor eu chamar um Uber. Da mesma forma o restaurante também tem atendimento fraco para os padrões do hotel. Enfim a estadia foi quase que obrigatória por conta do evento SXSW em Março/22, dificilmente ficarei lá novamente, apenas por outra "obrigação" .”
